Rockinghorse Daycare

Rockinghorse has been part of our family for almost sixteen years and we couldn't have been happier for the care and love our children have received in this time.

I've been so pleased with Rockinghorse. It was pretty difficult to leave my daughter full time at 6 months, but they take fantastic care of her. She's always happy to arrive at nursery and smiling when I pick her up. It's so nice to get all the info and lovely pictures of her playing and learning. They've also coped very well with our washable nappies and vegan diet!

A fabulous nursery with dedicated staff. Our son has attended Rocking Horse for the past 2 years. He goes 4 days a week and absolutely loves it there. His social skills have come on leaps and bounds as has his general learning, not to mention they really helpped us with potty training! A happy child who can't wait to see his friends, tell the staff what he has been up to and tells us what he's learnt while there. What more could I ask for.

Staff are very caring and quite adept at assessing the children based on the EYFS statutory framework and targeting individual needs.

The staff are very approachable and always happy to talk to you with any concerns. I'd happily recommend this nursery.

My children have been coming to Rockinghorse Daycare since 2012. We have always been delighted with the care our children have received. The staff are friendly and always maintain great relationships with the kids and their parents. Most importantly to us, they love being there and look forward to going.

Rockinghorse have looked after all 4 of my children since my eldest child was 5 months old (she's now 13!). Each of them has enjoyed their time at Rockinghorse and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Staff are warm and friendly towards the children and take time to get to know them, their individual needs and interests. I have found staff to be easy to approach and they are good at letting you know how the day has been for your child.

My youngest son currently attends and always looks forward to his 'Rockinghorse days'. Facilities are good and the outdoor space especially is a lovely area with lots of choice for play. Drop off and pick up times are managed smoothly and the children are immediately made to feel settled and welcome each morning.

I am pleased I chose Rockingham for my first child 13 years ago and have been more than happy to use them for childcare for each of my children. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any parent.
