My little girl loves going to nursery. She runs in every day and never looks back! I think she is more advanced because of all the learning they do at nursery.
The practitioners in the baby room are all incredible! So friendly and fun. I feel so happy leaving my little girl here each week. Management
are really approachable and easy to deal with.
The professionalism of all the staff was the reason we picked Hopscotch. We only saw one other nursery, but when I saw Hopscotch I knew it was the one.
Would love one to open up in the area!
Can't thank everyone that works at Hopscotch enough. You're all doing an amazing job!

My son loves going to nursery. All staff are very professional and friendly. They always greet him with warm smiles in the morning.
The facilities are great with plenty of appropriate activities and learning opportunities. He always comes away from nursery very happy, having had a fun day.

Our eldest daughter has attended Hopscotch Peacehaven for over a year now and absolutely loves it, even on weekends she asks if she can go to nursery! She previously attended Hopscotch Seaford and equally loved it. The range of activities the nursery provides the children, and the focus on their well-being,
development and enjoyment in learning is outstanding. My Daughter has developed so well and the nursery has set such a positive groundwork for learning that my Daughter is even excited to start "big school" in September. I also have no worries about this big step in her life because of everything the nursery has done for my little girl. My youngest has just started nursery recently, and I'm excited to watch her develop and grow as much as my oldest. I can't thank Hopscotch and all their wonderful staff enough.

We could not be happier with the care that our children receive at Hopscotch, Peacehaven. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Our children have made huge progress since they started nursery, in their learning, but also social skills and confidence. The settling has a variety of environments,
as well as a well-resourced garden. Most of all, our children are happy!

I viewed a few nurseries locally before my now 3-year-old started and Hopscotch was by far the best. I had my next child, who also attends, a year later. Both of my boys absolutely love it there. They have a wide range of activities that keep them stimulated and happy. I also like that the staff who
work there have been here for years and know your child really well. My children (sadly for me) don't even look back when I say goodbye! I am also a midwife and health visitor locally and could not recommend this nursery enough.

The staff at Hopscotch Peacehaven are amazing. They have looked after 3 of my boys so far, and my littlest will go there one day too.
My son’s speech has really come on, and his social skills have been so lovely since starting Hopscotch.
Communication is great, and I trust all the staff there. They
really look after him

Our daughter started at Hopscotch Peacehaven in August 2023 and it was the best decision we have ever made. From the very first day, we were made to feel so welcomed and listened to. The care that they give our daughter goes above and beyond and is very person-centred. She does 4 days a week and is
always super excited to arrive each morning. The skills she has learnt since joining have been wonderful to see, and that is down to the highly skilled nursery practitioners who care for her. They give our daughter the care and attention that we would at home. When we collect her each day, the atmosphere is brilliant and all the children there appear so happy and content. We would recommend Hopscotch Nursery every day to anyone who is thinking of sending their children.

Tracy Nye

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2007

Hi, I am Tracy, an experienced manager with over 30 years in childcare, and I have proudly worked at Hopscotch for 19 years. I love working with my team and supporting the children as they grow, develop and take their next steps on their learning journey.


I am equally passionate about supporting staff with their CPD, helping them progress from apprentice to confident practitioners. Seeing both the children and the staff team flourish- knowing I have played a part in their development - gives me great satisfaction and continues to inspire my commitment to the sector.


Fun fact: My first job was working in a fairground by the seaside!

Louise Clarke

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2008

I started my journey in childcare after leaving college with my Level 3, and have been working in Early Years for over 25 years. I joined Hopscotch in 2008 as a senior practitioner, where I then stepped into the Early Years teaching role after completing my degree and then progressed to my role now as Deputy.


My favourite part about working with children is watching them become independent and ready for school, and seeing them learn and develop.


Fun fact: I haven't always lived in Seaford, I was born in Nottingham and have also lived in Cornwall, where I have moved house over 10 times in my life. When I am not at nursery, I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends and my 13-year-old son and also going for walks.

Annicke Clarke

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2010

I started with Hopscotch as a student whilst studying my Level 3 and college. I officially joined as a practitioner in 2010, working my way up to Baby room leader and then onto my current role as deputy manager.


I enjoy exploring messy play activities with the children and watching them reach the next milestone. I have two children of my own, so all my spare time is spent making memories with them.


Fun fact: I am addicted to buying shoes and own over 100 pairs!
