We could not recommend this nursery highly enough! Our daughter joined about six weeks ago when she turned one, and the experience has been exceptional from day one.

We could not recommend this nursery highly enough! Our daughter joined about six weeks ago when she turned one, and the experience has been exceptional from day one. We were initially drawn to the setting by the fantastic outdoor space, the forest school environment, and rooms packed with engaging activities. However, what has truly stood out since joining is the incredible team. Every member of staff is so attentive and engaged, from the warm, welcoming reception team in the morning to the dedicated staff in her room.
The transition to nursery can be daunting, but during her first two weeks, the team provided frequent, thoughtful updates that gave us total peace of mind and ensured her settling-in process went smoothly. Since then, we have been consistently impressed by the variety of activities planned each day, all focused on keeping the children safe, happy, and developing key skills. It is wonderful seeing how much she thrives here. 5 stars all the way!

My child has been attending Dimples Day Nursery for over 2 years and we could not recommend this nursery higher. The staff are dedicated, caring, kind and professional individuals who have many strings to their bow. From staff at the reception desk to those in management, our experience has always been one of true care and love. When our child has been sick-he has been checked on, when he has celebrated a birthday, he has been sung to, when he has returned from a holiday-staff have expressed how they have missed him-making him truly part of the Dimples family. As an Early Years Practitioner in a primary school, it is constantly impressive to see the knowledge and understanding the staff have of the curriculum-it is outstanding. They go over and above for every child-no matter their need or capabilities and become an integral part of their learning journey. The facilities and opportunities they provide the children are exemplary-I couldn't be happier that we chose Dimples.
