Ryan has worked in Early Years for 14 years and is a passionate leader who has a deep commitment to supporting children’s development. He is dedicated to creating a nurturing, engaging environment where every child can learn, grow and reach their full potential.
Debbie is a highly experienced early years educator with over 30 years of teaching experience. An EYFS expert, she is passionate about nurturing young children’s curiosity, joy, and love of learning. She brings extensive knowledge of early years pedagogy, child development, and innovative practice, and currently serves as Deputy Head Teacher at Pre-Prep, where she continues to champion high-quality early years education.
