Little Thinkers at New Horizons Portsmouth

They are excellent, my daughter went from speaking 2 English words to fluently speaking English in less than a year and her confidence is amazing now. Good communication. I didn't have any issues with the nursery at all.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Little Thinkers! The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about each child's development. The environment is nurturing, clean, and filled with engaging activities that have helped our little one grow both socially and academically. Communication is excellent, and we always feel informed about our child's progress. It's reassuring to know our child is in such capable and loving hands. Highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe and stimulating environment for their child!

Little Thinkers is a very good nursery for my child and all the staff are very friendly and kind with all the children and with the parents as well. I really recommend it to anyone, this nursery is a very good place.

This nursery/preschool is fantastic. We first started in September 2023 with my 3-year-old, who was in a smaller nursery and the transition was perfect. Now my second child attends the baby side and they are as brilliant and competent there. Both kids are super happy to go, have made friends with the other kids and/or the staff. The activities offered are engaging, challenging (for the last year of preschool, getting them well ready for school). Meals are freshly cooked on site every day and they even cater for vegetarians. And every time I had a suggestion/ comment, the managing team listened and took on board what I had to say. I really recommend this nursery/preschool!

Little Thinkers are absolutely fantastic! All the staff are brilliant and always so friendly. I know that my daughter is in the best hands there. The 3 meals a day and 2 snacks are great and means I don't have to send my daughter in with anything (except breastmilk). The app is great as it lists everything you need to know on there about their day. Highly recommend!

I really reccomend this nursery!

I love this nursery! My daughter joined the Cocoon room in June. She was 6 months at the time, it was very nerve-wracking for me to put my small baby into nursery, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They were vigilant in following all the requests I made as a parent regarding my daughter's routine and kept in regular contact with me regarding her progress in settling in. 2 months in and my daughter has settled in beautifully. She has a lovely attachment to her keyworker and the rest of the staff. Her routine has had minor changes which the staff have adjusted to mirror at nursery seamlessly. She arrives happy and always leaves with a smile when I collect. If any issues arise throughout her session the staff are quick to act and be in contact if they feel they need to, but I trust that they will always make the correct decision regarding her care. The free homemade meals are a massive bonus on top of the reasonably priced fees. I give this nursery the highest rating.

My daughter switched from the smaller nursery to Little Thinkers and it's been brilliant. She has come on leaps and bounds and absolutely loves going to school. Everyone is lovely, she has lots of fun and learns new things. Would always recommend it!

This nursery is absolutely amazing! I could not fault it! My son has come on leaps and bounds and he only started in September 2023! The staff are amazing and my son loves each and every one of them and loves coming to school!

If you’re looking for a nursery don’t hesitate you won’t regret it they are truly amazing couldn’t fault them.

They’ve really prepared her for school and I can see that she’s already excited to take the step in September.
