but I feel that they have had so much to do with both boys growing to be such independent, happy and confident little children. The staff are so nurturing and they think so much about how they can give all of the children in their care a wealth of enrichment including being outside and adventuring and also prepare them for school so well too. The wrap-around care they also provide to the school children is fantastic, always considering how to keep them engaged. I feel both of our children have absolutely flourished at Puddleducks and would highly recommend their care.

have been great - encouraging her to find her voice through song and play, suggesting techniques to improve her command of language and being really cooperative with the Speech and Language assessment team with the NHS. Since starting last year her speech and language has improved a huge amount and I credit a large portion of that progress to the expertise and encouragement from the team at Puddleducks.

She spends time singing, dancing, playing with the other children, dressing up, role play, colouring, painting and taking part in craft projects - I'm sure there is lots more but this is as much as she can communicate with me.

They've recently helped us with potty training and continue to offer advice whenever we ask for it. Their communication skills both in person and by email are excellent - I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for any query I've raised.

The building is secure and I've not worried once about her getting out or anyone getting in that isn't supposed to - the team have signing in and signing in procedures nailed down so I've never had any worries about that. She regularly goes on walks to the local village, the park, the library bus with them as well as group trips to local attractions and events and really enjoys taking part in these trips.

It is an excellent nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a childcare facilities. The building is good for it's use, the facilities are great but the team are what makes it such a wonderful place- their communication is everything you'd hope for and you feel confident in their ability to look after your children.
