Broomfield Hospital, Pudding Wood Lane, Chelmsford CM1 7SS
Seymour House Day Nursery Schools have been providing outstanding education and care for over 25 years. The nursery at Broomfield Hospital is an early 19th Century coach house set in over an acre that has been specially converted to meet the needs of young children. The nursery has five cosy homebase rooms with two large gardens which are accessed directly from the homebase rooms. The Broomfield Hospital nursery serves parents employed at Broomfield Hospital and the local community.
Broomfield Hospital Nursery offers an outstanding educational programme, including a Prepared for School Programme, which ensures children are ready for their transition to school.
To ensure an outstanding level of care, education and service, Seymour House have developed a dual leadership structure. The nursery manager manages the nursery whilst the Head of Early Years Practice (HoEYP) leads the educational practice. This allows for a greater level of specialism in each role and is more robust when combined. All HoEYP’s are qualified teachers or hold the EYP/EYT which is the early years equivalent to the QTS. The Nursery Manager and HoEYP lead a team of enthusiastic Early Years Educators all of whom hold childcare and education qualifications.
Websites and prospectuses are helpful, but the best way to decide if Seymour House is right for your family is to visit the nursery. The team would be delighted to welcome you into the nursery and share all that Seymour House has to offer.
