Overall Experience

The nursery helped my baby settle in so well when he started at 10 months old, even though he initially found it difficult. The staff have been friendly, caring and supportive. They make the children and parents feel so welcome. They provide detailed and regular updates on his progress. They do so many different activities, and he has experienced so many different foods. I honestly couldn't fault the nursery. I feel he is really cared for. I'm so glad I chose this nursery for him and would highly recommend it. The staff really do make it what it is.

Overall Experience

Fantastic nursery. Staff are very friendly and our daughter really enjoys it. She has been supported to build good relationships with staff and peers.
Nursery are very responsive to feedback and queries and will go out of their way to meet any additional or changing needs.

Our only slight criticism would be that communication via the app can be hit and miss, sometimes with information about our daughters day being inaccurate or missing. Although staff will happily fill us in if we ask at pick up time.

Overall Experience

Beautiful outdoor setting, lots for the children to do, my little boy especially enjoyed the pig and chickens and digging in the muddy construction area. He didn't want to leave his visit and has been asking when he is going to his new nursery. We were both to feel very welcome and I know my little boy can be himself there and is surrounded by wonderful staff.

Overall Experience

I’ve been using this nursery for over 8 years now having my son first and now daughter, cannot fault it in any way. The staff are extremely responsible, efficient and always willing to help and improve. Both children created so many amazing memories there and I’m also personally extremely thankful for the girls helping me to go through so many stages - solid foods, potty training and so on. we love you ABC Day Nursery (Tiptree) Ltd, you are the best!

Overall Experience

I cannot thank all the staff at ABC enough for all they have done for my boys over the years and continue to do.
They are all the kindest women you could ever meet who go above and beyond for all the children in their care.
The amount that both my boys have grown whilst with them is amazing.
They have a lovely, well organised, clean setting with a great space for the kids to run around outside.
I go to work each day knowing they are safe, well looked after, fed healthy meals (healthier than I’d ever manage to cook), being educated and having fun.

These beautiful ladies do a brilliant job looking after everyone’s most precious gifts day in day out and deserve an award for all their hard work.

Hi, I'm Karen, the Nursery Manager at Tiptree Day Nursery & Pre-School. I have been dedicated to the field of childcare since September 1995 and assumed the role of nursery manager in 2006. I hold a degree in Early Years from the Open University, complemented by a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

In my current role, I am passionate about working with the children and their families at Tiptree Nursery. I take great pleasure in sharing my extensive knowledge of child development across our nursery chain, consistently modelling and supporting outstanding practices within our nursery.
