The Marlow Day Nursery

My daughter attended Marlow Day Nursery from 9 months old until she started school. The nursery is warm and welcoming and the staff really care about the children. It is such a nurturing environment and they have taken huge steps to make continuous improvements to the children’s learning environment and expose them to new and exciting learning opportunities. My daughter left this nursery confident and happy. The manager is brilliant and I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for child care.

Very accommodating company with a large caring ethos running right through the heart of it. It's clean and hygienic, friendly and human. Children very happy within this setting and it's the only nursery out of four that I haven’t had the need to complain about!

My oldest son started in Little Stars in 2019 and my second son in 2022, they have both loved and thrived during their time here and my oldest is very sad to leave later this month to start school. They run in each day without a look back, excited and ready for their day with their friends and all the planned activities. The staff truly care about each child and you can see the dedication that they have all made over the last year to make nursery even more special for the children. The updated outside areas are brilliant and I struggle to get my kids to leave at the end of each day! I can't thank the staff enough for their care and nurturing of my boys.

I've been taking my daughter to The Marlow Day Nursery for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my choice. My daughter was a little over 9 months when she first started and as my first child, I was very nervous about leaving her, especially with people that I didn't know. The staff at the nursery were so lovely and reassuring that my worries were soon washed away. They didn't mind when I phoned several times a day to check if she was okay, they were amazing with her despite the fact she was breastfed and contact napped at home. She adapted so quickly and she has just flourished from there. I have seen my daughter's social skills and learning come on huge amounts and I fully credit the nursery for that. My daughter is always excited to go in (even if she doesn't show it at the door for drop off!) and has such a great bond with the caring staff. I can't imagine her being anywhere else and we are so happy to keep coming back.

Lovely nursery with wonderful staff. My child loved his time there and made some lovely little friends and really built his confidence. He had some special connection with his key workers too who really seemed to care about my child.

I have had a really good experience with this nursery since 2019. My daughter was 1 when she started here and I have had the best experience which I don’t think I could get anywhere else. I have had the nursery on last-minute arrangements but they’ve always attended to my daughters and my needs. Over the last 4 years I have seen the nursery really show improvement and changes to make the nursery betters they staff are all very helpful and very nice with the kids. If I have any concerns I can speak to them and they will reassure the issue is sorted. My daughter has always said nice things about this nursery and I am sure everyone else will as well. We get weekly updates. Things that are happening around the nursery. My daughter will miss the nursery very much.

My daughter began at this nursery in 2020. And my son joined later in that year. Since the beginning the staff have been fantastic. My children have thrived there and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care they have been given. My daughter has since moved onto school but she has fond memories of the nursery and still smiles and waves to all the staff when she sees them. My son still attends and he loves going. He has made a lot of friends there. All of his reviews have been very thorough. I have recommended to three friends in the past whom have followed through and their children now attend and I would continue to recommend them. It is clear that the staff really care about the children and where they work.

Since all the changes we have seen a marked improvement in the nursery. My daughter is now in big stars and loves it. She races in every day and loves all the staff. Always tidy and clean at drop off and pick up. Friendly and warm.

Brilliant nursery. Our child is very happy here and we’ve always been happy with the care they receive. A good range of daily activities, kind and caring staff and big improvements have been made to each room in the last year.

My daughter has been at Marlow Day Nursery for over three years now and we have been very happy throughout this whole time. The staff have always been great, friendly, helpful and my daughter always was happy to go in. She had lots of fun, learned a lot, made friends and has grown in confidence through all this time. The nursery has been great and very supportive during COVID lock down and my daughter did not have to miss out on spending time with her peers. The nursery has also always been very flexible if hours needed to be shifted around, if I needed extra hours on a short notice and very responsive and helpful with any kind of query we had. Communication at the end of each day was great to get a good idea of what kind of fun and interesting things she has been up to during the day. We are very sad to leave Marlow Day Nursery now for school but the staff at Marlow Day Nursery have prepared my daughter very well for her next big steps. A big thank you!

The nursery itself has good size rooms with plenty of light and the outdoor space has a number of different areas to keep the children occupied. The nursery have always been flexible and accommodating with offering extra days when we have needed them. We get daily feedback when we pick our daughter up but also find the online portal that the nursery use to be great for seeing what they have achieved during the week.

We’ve never had any issues and our child has enjoyed himself since first starting. His development has been fantastic and it’s been lovely seeing his relationship with the staff.

I feel very happy leaving him there all day.

Our son has been at the nursery for under a year, he loves the staff and other children. He always seems happy when we drop him off/pick him up. All staff are very friendly and professional.
