Little Ducklings - Farnham Royal

I was recommended this nursery by a fellow twin mum. Instantly I could feel that it was a very clean, safe and loving environment. The manager Zoe, is passionate about the nursery; towards the children, parents and staff and always goes above and beyond. If you ever have a query you can be assured that Zoe will address, and efficiently resolve this and ensure that as a parent you feel comforted that your child(ren) are in safe and capable hands. The staff are so warm and loving, they look out for the children in such a special way. It really is a home away from home. They set up different activities each day and the crafts that children make, can be brought home in a folder. You are also updated by the app with a personalised summary of their day and some cute photos of what they got up to. They effectively manage nap times and have two rooms, one for babies & pre school. Overall, a wonderful nursery. The children are great friends and you can tell that they all love it there.

I am overall so happy with this nursery and would highly recommend it.

My son has developed exceptionally since starting the nursery. He's a happy and content baby and has made amazing connections with the staff. The staff are kind and patient, I couldn't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend The Little Ducklings to anyone looking for a nursery for their little ones. My daughter has recently joined after moving from a previous nursery and it's great to see how happy she is to go into nursery each morning! She has already formed relationships with all staff there due to their patience and attention that they give and is learning so much. She comes home happy every time and always showing us something new that she has learnt.

We would really recommend Little Ducklings to anyone looking for an environment for your child to learn and thrive if only we were young enough to attend ourselves!

My daughter started at Little Ducklings Nursery the day after it newly opened. I cannot believe how quickly my daughter has settled. This is all thanks to the brilliant staff and manager. They went above and beyond to help her transition into the nursery setting, keeping us well-informed on how she was doing and what they thought would help her settle. The nursery itself is a brilliant environment. My daughter enjoys all the creative activities they set up and has learnt so much since starting at Little Ducklings. We are very pleased!

My 2-year-old absolutely loves going here. Very caring and lovely team. They encourage learning through lots of thoughtful activities like autumn-themed activities, mini science projects and playing with natural things like flour, baking soda etc to experiment. I am amazed to see the creativity, thoughts and efforts the nursery staff put in every week to design and execute the activities. The team is lovely, enthusiastic and very caring. They also encourage playing outside and my little one loves the mud kitchen. I am very happy I chose them as I see so much overall development in my little one's creativity and curiosity. Highly highly recommend.

We have been very pleased with the pre school. My daughter settled in really quickly and comes home happy and enthusiastic about her day. The pre school seems to be well managed, and the staff are friendly and approachable. I regularly see evidence of her learning, through the creative things she brings home, the things she talks about and shows me she has learnt, and via updates from staff on the parents' app.

Good communication and variety of activities, my son learns a lot and staff helped him settle well (he was reluctant for a while). The staff have good experience with the EYFS stage, knowledge of development milestones etc. My only wish would be longer opening hours to accommodate 9-5 working hours.

My older son was going to the same nursery. I really appreciate the work made by the current manager. She has a lot of initiative and creativity. My decision to take my little girl was based also on the presence of the current staff.

Our daughter really looks forward to going to Wise Owls every day and is very happy there. The staff are great - enthusiastic, really helpful and very caring. We have been really happy with the feedback we get about our daughter's progress through the online journal and found that very useful. We have already recommended Wise Owls to other people as we have been so happy sending our daughter there.

My son absolutely loves the nursery, and he will miss it very much. The staff are very caring and make every day an adventure. They put their heart into the work, and they kinds know it. Would recommend highly.

My son loves it here! He wakes up every day and can’t wait to get to “school”! The staff are great and keep you updated over the website. We always felt he was in safe hands when we left him. They also dealt extremely well with the complication of a pandemic halfway through the year and adapted well to re-open. We highly recommend you send your children here.

Wise Owls has had a massive impact on my daughter's learning. She's very strong minded and they have taught her amazing skills on how to control this around her peers. My daughter absolutely loves it and the staff are truly amazing. I highly recommend Wise Owls. Thank you for everything.

My child absolutely loves going to nursery. Every time we drive past she is very disappointed if we don’t go in (due to not being her time/day) she loves showing me what she has made and tells me all about her teachers and friends. She settled in really well and staff have been very informative and helpful. Her online journal is regularly updated so that I can see everything she has been getting up to and she loves to look back on it as well. It is a great nursery, it provides lots of activities for play and learning, including trips. My child especially enjoys storytime, either being read to or reading to her friends, she even imitates the voices and facial expressions she has learnt from staff to go along with the stories when she ‘reads’ it herself and she is extremely engaged which is quite unusual for her as she gets bored very quickly. I am very pleased I chose this nursery and would definitely recommend.
