Jacqui is the Nursery Manager at Pangbourne Day Nursery and has 19 years of experience in the early years sector. She has completed her Level 3 in Childcare and Level 5 in People Management, which underpin her approach to leading teams and delivering high-quality childcare.

She is passionate about creating a warm, community-focused nursery where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to thrive. Jacqui believes in the importance of building genuine relationships with children and their families, taking the time to understand each child as an individual so their interests, strengths, and needs can be fully supported.

Her leadership style is hands-on, approachable, and supportive, with a strong focus on safeguarding, maintaining high standards of care, and driving continuous improvement. She is committed to ensuring Pangbourne Day Nursery remains a welcoming environment where children can develop confidence, foster a love of learning, and enjoy meaningful early years experiences.

Bethany has been part of the nursery team since 2012 and has over 11 years’ experience as a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. She is currently completing her SEND qualification and has over 8 years’ experience supporting children with additional needs, making her a passionate advocate for inclusive practice.

Having also had her own son attend the nursery, Bethany understands the importance of creating strong relationships with children and families. She is passionate about recognising each child as an individual, adapting learning experiences to meet their unique developmental level, and providing engaging, stimulating opportunities for all children to thrive.

Bethany is a confident leader who enjoys supporting and guiding the team, ensuring children receive the highest quality care, education and experiences.
