Great nursery, staff are lovely and very caring. Outdoor spaces are newly refurbished and great fun for the kids. Both my kids have been through the nursery and always had a great time. The food is also really good, always impressed.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was a baby and loves it. The children do a wide variety of activities, the recently redeveloped outdoor spaces are great. I have also been impressed with other upgrades including safety features and policies. My daughter has benefited more recently from the fun things implemented in bears to help them prepare for school. Transitions and important milestones like potty training are always managed well, in partnership with the parents. The teachers are fabulous and my experience with the office staff is that they are very supportive and collaborative as well as taking a real interest in the children. The cook Mel is also great with the children, my daughter says hi to everyone every morning and will miss them when she leaves . We'll be sad to say goodbye (to start school) but grateful they were part of our journey.

The staff are very kind and caring, and the managers make an effort to know who you are, which gives the nursery an extra friendly feel. A range of activities are run to aid the children's learning, such as exploring different textures and sounds. The nursery also has a fantastic outdoor space, including a gazebo where the babies can crawl around. I'm kept informed of any bumps or scrapes my daughter has at nursery through accident forms. Of which there is a fair few as she tries to pull herself up on everything! My main criticisms are around administration. The nursery's policies aren't available to parents digitally, and forms have to be filled out by hand and dropped off in person, which feels a bit outdated. They do use the app to keep parents informed, though data sometimes seems to go missing, possibly due to a syncing issue.

I was really nervous about sending him to nursery, but Goldilocks made what felt like a huge step for us so easy. I visited other nurseries that felt more like little schools, whereas Goldilocks feels like a warm, nurturing environment where the children are genuinely loved and cared for as they would be at home. We've recommended it to so many friends and honestly, I never had a frame of reference for nursery, but I never imagined it could be this wonderful. We feel so lucky to have found it.

I would highly recommend the nursery, and should I have more children I have no qualms in also sending them to Goldilocks. Great job team!

We couldn't be happier with my little boys nursery. He absolutely loves going and has built such lovely relationships with the staff. Everyone is so caring, friendly and welcoming, and we always feel confident that he is happy and well looked after. The staff are brilliant and really take the time to get to know him. We would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

We've just started here, and the induction process has been fantastic. I was very nervous as it was my first time being away from my (big) little girl! They made it easy, and we all enjoyed the experience.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery and the care my son has received over the past two years.

He started at just 11 months old and has been through every room, with his final room coming up soon. Every transition has been effortless and always at the right time for him, with his individual needs put first every step of the way.

One of the things that attracted me most was the fantastic amount of outdoor play, with each age-appropriate garden offering plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the outdoors. I also love that the nursery continually updates and improves the building and facilities where needed.

All the staff are caring, well-mannered and adaptable to each child's needs, even during busy periods. I have never worried about my son while he's been there and am so grateful for the wonderful environment they provide. I genuinely couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough.

My daughter has been at Goldilocks for three years, starting just after her first birthday in the Rabbits class and is now about to move on from the Bears class to primary school. We could not have asked for a better nursery, and they've played a key part in shaping her into the child we have today - nurturing her curiosity through a wide range of activities and experiences. All the staff are so warm and friendly, enthusiastically welcoming the children at the start of the day. There is plenty of space inside, and large dedicated outdoor spaces for each class to explore. We love seeing the photos and descriptions of what she's been up to each day via the app. She also loves the meals! One memory sticks out for me: on her first day, as soon as we came through the door, the reception staff called her by name and welcomed us. This small action made us feel part of the Goldilocks family from day one. We'll miss everyone so much when she leaves, but know she couldn't have had a better start

My son has settled so well into the nursery and it's all thanks to the staff! They are always smiling and welcoming. The activities are all well thought out. My son has really blossomed since he started attending the nursery.

Really friendly and caring staff with really good rooms and facilities for kids . Highly recommend. Our daughter went here which is why we looked no further for our son as well. Definitely praise worthy is also their communication to parents.

We're really happy with our son's nursery. The staff are always so welcoming, helpful and supportive, and they keep us well informed about how he's getting on. They're incredibly understanding and always take the time to listen and help whenever we have any questions or concerns. We feel very reassured knowing he's in such caring and capable hands.

Goldilocks has been a fantastic nursery for my son. They have taken his medical needs very seriously and have always taken into account his needs. The staff are very lovely, and always understanding. This Nursery sets up fantastic activities for the kids and really takes their development seriously.

Myself and my son love Goldilocks- he loves the activities, space and most importantly the staff. The staff always have a smile on their faces and welcome each child with such warmth they are always so excited to go in! The outdoor space is so large and inviting which the children enjoy every day! The activities are also so lovely to see on the app, giving live updates of the child's day. The management are so warm and friendly, always have time to answer any questions and will help concern promptly. The managers, Carolyn and Lauren, not only have time for parents but the children as well, my child love starting and ending his day with going into the office to greet them and they will always take time out of their day to give him a warm welcome! My son always raves about their cook, who he adores shouting hello to each morning! Goldilocks has a home and family feeling which is why we choose it and my son is so excited to show his brother baby around when he joins soon.
