The Mall Nursery and Creche

My child really loves this nursery. The staff here take excellent care of the children. My child was 2 years old when he joined and he has learned so much from here. Every day the teachers take an effort to provide feedback about the child's progress and behaviour and address if we have concerns. When he joined he hardly spoke few words. Within a few months, I saw a great improvement in his speech, behaviour, and mannerism. He always talks about his teachers at home and I get to know what they do at school. He always enjoys writing with a particular member of staff, story time with another two members of staff, and activity time with another and he regards his teachers as his role models. He knows a lot of things at the age of 4 and the whole credits goes to this nursery. I am happy and grateful for this nursery.

The staff and management are absolutely amazing, happy to help, very accommodating to child and family needs, friendly and caring. They give the very best to the children. My child has made special bonds with both children and teachers which helped with our social skills. I can listen every day to all sorts of activities that they did from story reading, writing, counting and having fun. I absolutely love their fun day Friday for everyone including the staff. I'm extremely happy with this nursery and will recommend to others.

I have used this nursery for two of my children, loved the service and care the first time around so I gave my second child to the nursery too. The staff are friendly and they take care of the children well. My child runs in with joy every morning and comes out very happy too. The staff keep you updated of the child's progress and helps each child individually with their needs. I would recommend it 100% and with confidence say its care and first steps education is up to great standards.

Brilliant nursery. I had 5 of my children attend this nursery, my youngest and my niece both currently attend and I would recommend it. Lovely staff and a great help when I needed them. My children love this place.

Very good staff and management they are are friendly and caring. I saw my daughter was very happy. She comes home happy and is always happy to go to nursery. I really recommended this nursery for your child.

My daughter has been going for over a year now and has come on leap and bounds. They picked up her speech and both of us have worked hard and her speech is brilliant now. The staff are all helpful and friendly. They’re so welcoming as my daughter was shy. She loves it. They have all different kinds of stuff for the kids to explore. I had a safeguarding issue due to my ex and they put things in place to keep my peace knowing my daughter would be safe. They even changed times at quick notice to help me out. Even my eldest two kids aged 16 and 11 went here and still it’s an amazing nursery and I will definitely be putting my baby in once she’s 2.

Very friendly staff helps in any way they can. Looks after my child individual needs and works with him. He is very happy at nursery, he comes home happy and always happy to go to nursery. They make sure that they eat healthily. In times like these where healthy and safe comes first, they are on top of it.

My daughter goes here. The nursery is great, the teachers too. My daughter is happy and never complains about anything. She made friends with the other kids and she also gained friends with the teachers. Definitely, I give it 10 out of 10.

This year, I have another experience with my daughter, she joined in September, and she is enjoying her time by repeating her brother learning journey.

We are pleased with the level of care our son is experiencing at The Mall Nursery and Creche. He is happy and enjoying his time at the nursery. They have plenty of learning opportunities through play. The environment is safe and staff are friendly and caring.
