Overall Experience

We will never forget the compassion Clapham pre-school showed our family over these years or the difference they made during the darkest chapter of our lives. They deserve every recognition for the truly incredible work they do! Just nine days after losing my Nan, our youngest son was born at only 29 weeks and spent the next 55 days in NICU. It was the most frightening time of our lives. Clapham Pre School became so much more than a preschool-they became part of our family. Knowing our older son was safe, loved and happy meant we could be by our premature baby's side without the constant worry of how he was coping. Sam's kindness and unwavering support, Karmal's (SENCO) reassurance for our baby's future, and Susanne's love and care for our son along with the other staff gave us strength when we needed it most. They didn't just care for our child at a time that was incredibly scary and confusing for him but they cared for us as a family. I can't recommend this amazing pre-school enough!
