Toggles Nursery

We accept children for funded places from ages 9 months to 4 years.

If your child requires additional hours beyond those funded, or if they are not eligible for funding, the following fees apply:
•   Full-time (5 days): £330 per week (non-funded)
•   Full day: £76 (non-funded)
•   Half day: £48 (AM 8:00–13:00 or PM 13:00–18:00) (non-funded)
For children attending on funded hours, charges for food and consumables will apply:
Monthly Consumables Contribution:
•   £30 per month for those accessing 30 funded hours
•   £15 per month for those accessing 15 funded hours
Meal Charges: Meals are charged separately from the consumables contribution. They are only applied if your child takes nursery meals:
•   Breakfast: £3.00
•   Lunch: £3.75
•   Tea: £3.00

Fees are billed for 52 weeks per year. Funded hours cover up to 38 weeks during term time only. If your child attends term time only, a retainer of £30 per week is required to secure their place during holidays.

Payment can be made via bank transfer. Invoices are issued at the start of each month and must be settled by the 15th. Late payments may result in your child being excluded from nursery attendance.
Please note that full fees are required if your child is absent, regardless of the reason—including illness, isolation, holidays, or public/bank holidays. If the nursery closes due to exceptional circumstances or government guidance, full fees still apply. Late pick-up fees are also applicable when necessary.

Hygiene & Personal Care
• Wipes and backup nappies/pull-ups
• Nappy and barrier creams
• Sun cream
• Tissues, hand soap, and sanitiser
• Daily laundering of flannels
• Washing of spare clothing and bedding
• Provision of emergency spare clothing and hats
Laundry & Cleaning
• Weekly bedding laundry
• Laundry and cleaning products
• Nappy and general waste bins
• Refuse collection services
• Cleaning and hygiene materials
Activities & Enrichment
• Baking ingredients
• Materials for seasonal and cultural celebrations (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Diwali)
• Resources for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day activities
• Graduation resources
• Visiting experiences (such as singing sessions)
• Activity and messy play materials
• Contributions toward outings and local trips
Emergency Care Items
• Emergency medicines are maintained onsite for immediate first aid; parental consent is required.
Parental Choice
Parents may opt to provide their own wipes or creams if preferred.
If parents wish to opt out of specific celebrations, outings, or additional activities included in nursery provision, they should consult with the nursery owner or manager.
Toggles Nursery offers freshly prepared, nutritious meals daily that adhere to early years nutritional guidelines and foster a safe, inclusive eating environment for all children. Given the allergies and dietary requirements present within the setting, we strongly encourage children to partake in nursery-provided meals whenever possible. Packed lunches may be permitted by prior arrangement, but must comply with our allergy-aware and healthy eating standards, and may be declined if they do not meet safety requirements.
