My son and daughters have attended this nursing school and the staff are really nice people making families feel welcome God bless them .We are so grateful for the amazing care and support our child receives at Splash Day Nursery. The teachers are wonderful - always patient, kind, and genuinely passionate about helping each child grow and learn. The nursery has such a warm, nurturing environment, full of creativity and fun. I especially love the daily photo updates we receive; it's such a joy to see all activities and how much our child is enjoying their time there . Thank you to the whole team for everything you do .

Brilliant Nursery, great facilities, wonderful attentive staff and a place my daughter enjoys and feels happy. I highly recommend a visit as its location has parking outside so not an issue when you drop your child off.

The staff are all very helpful and professional. My daughter attended this nursery for 3 years and during that time the staff really took good care of her. You could just tell she loved it there. Thank you Splash Day Nursery.

All 3 of my children have attended Splash for a period of 4 years. I can't fault the site manager or staff at all. They have gone above and beyond. The children go out every day (weather permitting) and are safeguarded. The staff are very understanding and will try to work with parents where they can. There have been countless occasions where the site manager has really supported me, in emergencies for example. The children are taught and do various activities, they are each assigned key workers, who discuss current topics and collaborate with parents. Every term parents get to take home evidence of work, artwork etc. The blossom educational system used updates parents daily via email- on the child's day, what they ate, tasks and if there any concerns. I would 100% recommend this provider, the staff and site manager have been transparent and open throughout. I can't thank them enough for the positive impact they've had in my children's lives. My poor rating is based on upper management.

I'm so glad I have been able to find such a welcoming nursery. With my daughter being here and becoming a part of this nursery, I have really seen the staff help her to develop and become more independent in such a quick time. I really am impressed with how the staff work together as a team and make parents feel like part of a family. Great nursery.

So glad I took my child out of this nursery and have been speaking to other mums who have expressed the exact same issues as myself which lead them to remove their child from the nursery. (We can't all be lying).

I am a happy father.

I absolutely hate this nursery. Where do I start? My son was going three days a week, five hours a day. Each time I would pick him up he would be in different clothes and also clothes from his bag were missing. I told the Manager about the situation and she did let the staff know. I really thought things would change but it only got worse. My son was coming home still with missing clothes, missing items from his backpack. Marks and bits on his body (from other children). Do they even monitor them? Imagine, I would bring him home to change his nappy and there was still poo in his bum. The staff members are all family. Most of the ladies are the manager's daughters. So I could imagine she doesn't even bother to tell them to fix up. What I didn't like were the lies they would tell my husband and tell me something different. From time I knew they were lying, I had to remove my son out of there. I didn't trust my son in their care. What I didn't do was do my research.

Remarkable nursery! My daughter absolutely loves it and asks everyday to go in. The education is amazing and she is developing above her age. The staff and management are amazing and I wouldn't choose another nursery.

The nursery team are very good at taking care of my daughter, her development has really excelled over the years that she has been attending this nursery. She has made great friends and looks forward to attending everyday.

My son started in September 2020 and he loves it ! The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and very approachable. I really like that they go to the park on a daily basis as my son loves being outside. My other son will be going here in January. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter started Splash Day Nursery from September 2020. My daughter has been very happy here and always looks forward to attending her next session. All the staff I’ve met are friendly and approachable. I also like the communication and feedback I get from the manager and her staff about how my daughter is doing in their setting after each session, which is very helpful. Every week I get to see online the activities they do with my daughter.

My little boy has been going to Splash Day Nursery for eighteen months now and he is happy and thriving there. The manager has done a wonderful job and the nursery feels like a second family for my son. The girls always try and make nursery as much fun for my son as possible and give him a lot of love and affection. He also really enjoys the regular trips to the swings, nature walks and the various sensory activities. I get to see pictures of what he is doing via their online journal for early years' education and the nursery deliver personalised care by working with him to help him develop his skills and language in a fun way. My son is very shy around strangers so it's great to see that he is so happy and relaxed around the staff. I also get feedback from his key worker every day which I really appreciate. It's really nice to see how he laughs and hugs the staff when I pick him up.
