My only suggestion is better communication with parents. I would welcome daily or weekly updates on things like her meals and toilet habits. It is hard to know how her day went, especially when she refuses food at home. Other than this, I am very happy and would highly recommend this nursery. Best regards - Luna's dad.

My child had his graduation , we said goodbye , a goodbye that we didn't want to say , i wish if my child could stay longer , this is how good this nursery is , i feel so emotional and my child will miss them so much , he has been there since he was 6months old and bow he is off to primary school , the staff have been like mothers and family to all of us not just our little one , they have taken exceptional care of him . I can't recommend you and thank you enough . We will visit you often

i am very pleased that my daughter attended this nursery. the teachers are very attentive, caring ,supportive and the nursery offers an excellent service. my daughter was really shy when she started nursery and now now she is confident and can spell and write her name.

My son is a bit shy but has a lot of energy I'm happy because at the nursery they keep him busy and engaged in activities. He has improved with his speech and now can be able to tell me what he really wants without being frustrated. Fantastic staff members are always ready to assist. Will definitely refer people I know to this nursery

I've been thoroughly impressed with this nursery! The staff are efficient, helpful, and always available to support my child's needs. Whenever I've had concerns, they've listened attentively and provided reassurance and solutions. The outdoor space is truly amazing and a great asset for the children. The nursery head's organisational skills are evident in the smooth running of the nursery. My child has thrived and grown to their full potential here. The staff's dedication to keeping me informed and involved has given me complete confidence in their care. Highly recommend!

We've had such a wonderful experience at Ladels Nursery, and we're truly grateful for everything the staff have done for our son. Since starting here, he has absolutely flourished - his confidence and independence have grown so much (we'll never forget how proud he was when he mastered the "coat trick"!). His speech has come on leaps and bounds, and he's developed a real enthusiasm for learning, especially with numbers and letters where he's really excelling now.

The staff have been consistently friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond every day, not only creating a safe and nurturing environment but also putting on a wide range of engaging activities that the children genuinely love. It's clear how much care and thought goes into everything they do.

As our son now moves on to primary school, we're sad to say goodbye but incredibly thankful for such a strong foundation. We couldn't have asked for a better start to his learning journey.

I'm glad to my daughter is in this nursery she learn a lot since she started on April 2023 her development is good and all teachers support her even English is not her first language and I'm happy on how all teachers are organised also they have a good car park facilities.

As parents, we are very happy to join our little one at this nursery. They have a setting programme that help kids with their development. The team pay attention at each one to get the right process in their growing by age. The nursery offer one of the best standard services in childcare.

My child has settled in to the nursery very well and everyone has been very accommodating. The next steps for her are tailored to her needs and encouraging her development. She enjoys attending and there is a vast array of toys to aid her learning and exploration.

My baby girl loves attending the nursery, which gives me so much comfort knowing she's happy and well cared for. My son also went here, and it's amazing to see how the foundation he built at this nursery has helped him achieve great things. The manager and her team do a wonderful job of encouraging independence and discipline in such a fun environment. A huge thank you to all the staff for taking care of my two most precious treasures.

A colourful place, where my son loves to spend time. Nice staff who really care for the child. My son was taught a lot of things during his time in the nursery. He comes back home always happy with the new experience.

Our foster-child goes to LaDel's Day Nursery. I cannot describe in words how the staff are very friendly, focused, attentive. Very soft and gentle with children and parents. There was one day he was in contact first time with Grandma and on Monday the staff said busy weekend, I said how did you know. Imagine their observation they noticed his behaviour how amazing. They work with emotions, very good observation. My foster child came from another nursery he was very unsettled. I cannot believe how he settled here in LaDel's, my foster child runs to the nursery looking forward to go. When I drop my foster child it feels warm, always welcomes parents with a smile and good morning. With parents and children they are stars, well done LaDel's and the children are very happy and content. Food is amazing, fruit time as well they cut their own fruit with a plastic knife, my young person loves to cut his fruit and potty training they do, they invest with their children in the nursery.
