Ford Road Nursery & Pre-School

My daughter was in the nursery from age 1 till she started school and absolutely loved it there. They have great variety of freshly made meals, different activities everyday and take great care of the children. Now my son has been in the nursery for almost 2 years and has had the same great experience. He learns so much each day and is happy to go in and see his friends.

We as a family couldn't thank Ford Road Nursery & Pre-School road enough for all the help and support they have given me and my son and daughter. Both of my children have additional needs and the nursery were nothing but amazing, guiding me through all the diagnoses processes even taking the time to help fill forms and getting to know us on a personal level and the most important never judging. They were my shoulder to cry on when things got tough but also listened and for that couldn't be any more grateful. Thank you for being the best nursery and helping me and my babies on our journey in life.

My daughter Alayna started here in April 2025. She absolutely loved coming here and the staff are really friendly and caring. Her key worker Zaynah was amazing and ensured her needs were met and supported her development throughout her short time here. My daughter looked forward to coming to nursery everyday and didn't want to leave! I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making her experience here so memorable.

Ford Road Nursery has given us such peace of mind as working parents. Seeing our daughter thrive and genuinely love going in has certainly made things easier.

Me and my husband took our 9month old to view a place for her, we had been to other nursery and she had not settled or opened up. When 1st coming to this nursery we was greeted in such a friendly welcoming manor. Every member of staff we see was smiling, all introduced their self's and all spoke to our daughter. Our daughter doesn't normally go to any one and is very clingy but at this nursery list she was alert and looking around and trying to get onto the floor to play. They answered any questions we had and gave us their number emcase we remembered anything we did want to ask. They really made me feel at ease and this is why we wanted a place for our daughter.

They welcome both me and my child with warm smiles. They give me a detailed feedback following me picking up my daughter at the end of the day. Very time I pick my daughter from nursery they make sure she is clean and ready to be handed over to me.

Six months in at LEYF and I must say my son is thriving with confidence. He has also developed close relationships with all his key workers and looks forward to spending time with them. On days when my son regresses and wants to stay home, I still send him in, knowing he's cared for and that they've paid extra attention to him. I'm greeted by warmth every time I drop my son off, and I find all staff members friendly and professional.

Very good nursery,amazing staff. All the ladies very professional and respectful looking after kids. My daughter had a great time, loads of activities and amazing food. They have a great manager very organised and always patient.

I really could not of chose a better nursery for my daughter. She can't wait to go there everyday, the staff are lovely and caring. And my daughters speech has improved so much since she has started. It's a lovely clean nursery and I'm very happy I put my daughter here. She loves it!

Best Nursery by far local, the whole team from the nursery manager to my son's key worker with all the staff are wonderful. The kids seem happy and the staff go above and beyond. Learning and development are at a good pace for the kids.

They patiently give feedback when we pick our kid up and help us get better day by day.

My child has learned so much since starting here, and since finding out he is on the spectrum of autistic I’ve got loads of support and my son has progressed so much it’s amazing. My son's needs have been met.

The environment is great for children. The manager is very good and has the best interest of the children and her staff at heart.

This nursery was the best thing I ever chose for my daughter. They’re amazingly caring, my little girl is always well looked after and tells me how much fun she’s had. Teachers help us out with anything we need, they give us advice if needed and update me on everything my child did all day. My child has learned a lot and carries on learning every day. Facilities are clean and very suitable for kids.

The staff are professional and excellent with the children. The outdoor area is excellent and the indoor area is spacious too. The food served is excellent and nutritious. The security of the nursery is excellent. Staff are very vigilant. Car Park facilities are great and the nursery organises excellent events for parents to attend.

Very happy with this nursery. Very kindly and helpful staff, they know what children need. My sons started to speak much more and feel very happy. They like this nursery very much.

Since my daughter started I have seen a huge improvement in her development. She has learnt so much and her social skills have improved dramatically. Staff are always kind and helpful.

I would say; you have an outgoing and excellent institution, by which most children by all ways encounter a better outcome in behaviour when moving to a different school.

I am very happy with the progress my son is making at Ford Road Children's Centre Nursery. The staff are great with him and always inform me of any issues and development milestones. The Manager has been very flexible with my change of work patterns and has accommodated my child at late notice for extra sessions.

It has been a pleasant experience. The teachers are fascinating. My ward has learnt a whole lot. Kitchen service has been excellent. Environment is clean and the buggy area is a plus. Generally I would say they have been doing very good.
