We've been so pleased with our experience at Eilmar Montessori. Both of our children have settled in beautifully, and the transition into the nursery was so much smoother than we expected. The staff are genuinely caring - you can tell they take the time to really get to know each child. Our kids clearly enjoy their days there, and it means a lot to us as parents to know they're in such thoughtful hands. We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring and incredibly supportive. They genuinely take the time to get to know each child and create a warm, safe and fun environment where children can learn and grow. Since our twins started attending, we have noticed a huge improvement in their confidence, communication, independence and social skills. They look forward to going every day, which says everything about how happy they are there.
The team keeps us updated on their progress and activities, and we always feel reassured that they are in safe and capable hands. We are truly grateful for the care, patience and dedication shown by everyone at the nursery and would highly recommend it to any family looking for exceptional childcare.

My daughter started at Eilmar in September last year. Although a daunting experience for us both, the staff at Eilmar made it much easier for us. Always welcoming, willing to answer any questions we may have and help in any way they can. My little one is loving the daily activities and all of the yummy food, she's shown a lot of progression since being there and because of this, it makes it a lot easier to drop her in each morning knowing she'll enjoy her day. Recently, she had really bad nappy rash for the first time and was given advice by a member of the team. We chose to continue at home and it really helped!

Great facilities and lots of activities arranged for the little ones. Fantastic space and outdoor time from baby to pre school in the garden divided into two areas. Great awareness and setting for safety including clear illness management policies. Experienced staff who ve looked after both of my children since they were young babies. Especially baby care was amazing and detailed ( never had rash bump and great attention on their food and milk taken as well as emotions ) I enjoy to see their photos and report of their activities and achievements. Friendly and hard working staff.

I am very pleased with how staff and facilities have supported my nephew at Eilmar Nursery. My nephew was extremely shy and not confident playing with other children. However, coming to this nursery has helped him develop his social skills and confidence. Staff are genuinely caring, the environment and learning space is amazing too! We explored other nurseries before signing up and Eilmar was the nursery my sister and I both found well equipped and nurturing. I recommend this nursery to anyone looking to support their child's education.

At Eilmar, we are proud to have a dedicated team whose approach is always nurturing and caring for every child. From our management team to nursery practitioners, apprentices, volunteers, and even our nursery cook, everyone plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where each child can achieve their full potential.
Our staff regularly update their skills through CPD training, First Aid, and ongoing professional development. Working together, they build on each other’s strengths to provide the very best care and education.
At the management level, we place a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, ensuring that every team member feels respected, supported, and valued. This positive culture allows us to give children the highest level of care, helping them not only meet but exceed their developmental milestones.
Our team includes Level 3 practitioners in childcare, Montessori, classroom assistants, apprentices, and volunteers; each bringing their own unique skills and passion to the nursery.
