Aplomb Day Nursery - Palmers Green

Mary is the Owner and Managing Director of our Palmers Green branch and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. As the founder of the very first Aplomb branch, she has played a vital part in shaping the nursery’s values and standards. While primarily based at Palmers Green, Mary enjoys visiting the other branches to share her many years of wisdom and guidance. She is passionate about maintaining clean, organised settings, filled with rich resources and meaningful, nurturing interactions between staff and children. Mary is dedicated to ensuring that the wider Aplomb family operates with excellence, warmth, and care.

Sabrina brings warmth and enthusiasm to the setting, helping to create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and happy. She spends much of her time with the children, building strong bonds and supporting their development through play and learning. Fluent in French, she enjoys sharing her language skills as an added experience for the children. Alongside her work in the rooms, she also supports with the day-to-day running of the nursery, working closely with the team and families to ensure a positive experience for all.

Nina is a dedicated early years practitioner with a passion for creating high-quality, wholesome activities that truly engage the children. She is a strong play lead, guiding experiences that encourage curiosity and independence while maintaining a calm and nurturing presence. With a particular interest in Montessori, which she is currently studying, she is keen to bring these principles into the setting to enrich the children’s learning and development alongside our other much-loved approaches, Reggio Emilia and the curiosity approach.
