St Mary's Summerstown Montessori Nursery School

We are very grateful to all the support given by St Mary's Montessori Nursery to our 'little D' for the past year. After Dominic was diagnosed with Glue ear and Mild hearing loss and we were looking for a funded childcare placement to help him with his development, Liz made us feel very welcomed and helped us through all the process. When Dominic started Nursery, he could barely talk. Now they tell me at pick up how chatty he is! I know all the staff has got to know Dominic, and care and love him, supporting all his learning, which as a Mum, I couldn't be happier with.

A very big thank you for the amazing care, nurturing, teaching and experiences that my daughter has had in your wonderful nursery. The extra activities like Tennis was one of the factors that I chose this nursery and the lovely owner/principal was really knowledgeable and approachable. The staff are very experienced, too.

I was unsure if my daughter will settle on her first few weeks but all the staff were very reassuring and I get updates (with photos) every now and then through an app about her activities. Fast forward to today, my 3 year-old is now confident going to nursery, potty-trained and ready for reception soon.

Both my daughter and son attended St Mary's over the last 3 years and absolutely loved it! It has been wonderful watching them grow in confidence and they have truly been nurtured by the staff in their development. I am incredibly grateful for the personal approach and hard work of the staff and manager at this nursery and we will be very sad to leave due to moving out of London. It's been a pleasure dropping them off each day and watching them skip in and then picking them up with all the fun things they've created that day. 10 out of 10 experience.

Excellent nursery, my daughter loves going everyday. Staff so good with her. They patient and nothing is ever to much for them they go above and beyond to support my daughter. The manger is very accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure me and my daughter get the best

My daughter attended this brilliant nursery for two and a half years and I can honestly say sending my daughter to this nursery was the best decision I have ever made. The way I have witnessed my daughter develop into a very intelligent, confident and well-mannered little girl thanks to the hard work and constant support of my daughter's key workers and staff. The manager is one of the most genuine and hardworking individuals you will ever meet. You can tell she has a pure passion for what she does and I am very grateful for everyone at St Mary's Summertown. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who wants to give the child the best holistic and educational head start.

We love St Mary's Summertown! For parents, the staff are amazingly organised, helpful and friendly. Luckily our daughter feels the same way and can't wait to go! She progressed so much in just a few months! Can't recommend enough!

My daughter has been at the nursery for over a year and has absolutely loved it. It has been such a positive first school experience for her. She learnt so much since starting and made so many friends. The staff are really lovely; my daughter talks very fondly of all staff and misses them when we are on school holidays. She always comes out of the nursery so happy and tells me how much she has done in the day. She often brings home her artwork and bits that she has baked/cooked, which she gets very excited to show off. Overall, our experience with the nursery has been a completely positive one!

My daughter started in September and from day one she settled in straight away. The staff are always smiling, very friendly and it feels very reassuring leaving my daughter in safe hands, even with Covid-19. My daughter is in a specific bubble and all the staff ensure that on entering the nursery, all appropriate measures are put in place such as hand sanitizer and temperature checks. My daughter enjoys the activities that take place in nursery such as ballet, yoga, teddy tennis and football. The staff have given me tips on how to potty train my daughter and she was potty trained within a week. The staff at nursery helped along while she was at nursery too. She looks forward to going each day and comes home with such joy and pride with all her artwork! Attending St Mary’s Summerstown Montessori Nursery School has given my daughter the best possible start in life!

My daughter has been at the nursery for four weeks and she absolutely loves going. The staff are amazing and my daughter settled in beautifully. She wants to go and doesn’t want to leave nursery. One member of staff especially has been a God send to my daughter whom she has warmed to. I would most definitely recommend the school to friends and family.

My daughter is in her second year here now, and she absolutely loves it; she has made great progress with her learning skills. The staff are super helpful, friendly and the long days work perfectly for our timetable.

Both of my children attend this nursery, and they have settled in so well. They look forward to going daily. They do lots of activities based on fun, creativity, education and nature. All the staff members are like family to my children; it’s very reassuring to me as a mother knowing that my children are learning daily, picking up new skills and are in a safe and comfortable environment.

Both my children have attended this nursery and I can't fault it! The staff are lovely and always friendly, my children were always happy to go and were always smiling when I picked them up! I think the fact they do so many different activities like cooking, ballet and football just to mention a few is brilliant! I would happily recommend this nursery.
