Milestones Childcare

We've had a very positive experience. The staff are kind and understanding and my daughter's language has improved a lot she now talks about nursery all the time. Even when she's been off sick they've checked in and been very supportive. She's really fond of her nursery.

My daughter started at milestones child care nursery in April 2024, her English is really improved, she is so happy there , she really enjoying there, she always talking about her friends and teachers.all the staffs are brilliant. Thank you so much.

Milestones nurses are brilliant, from the staff to the facilities. They all go above and beyond. They keep me updated and informed throughout the time my child is there. They are so loving and patient too. The nursery itself is lovely, clean and colourful. Fantastic through and through!

My daughter started at Milestones in April 2023 and has come on so much in her speech, communication, mathematics and literacy. She has always enjoyed every day at this nursery and always looks forward every morning to going. The staff are very helpful and welcoming even though there has been quite a high turnover in staff leaving and my daughter changing keyworker quite a few times. I was always told of the change. There's a happy and warm atmosphere when you enter and all staff always say hello to everybody. Whenever there was a problem I was always told in person or by phone whether it was an accident or any worries regarding my child. I recommend this nursery.

Milestones Childcare is an amazing nursery. The minute you walk into the nursery you feel such a happy and welcoming vibe. All the staff are so kind, welcoming, approachable and reassuring. No request or question is ever too much for them they always have time for everyone which I think is amazing and a key factor to consider when choosing a nursery. The staff support is exceptional, my son has SEN and came to Milestones after being at a previous nursery for 2 months. I have seen a huge change in my son, he has come on so much since being here, this is due to the staff taking time to get to know my son his likes/dislikes and his interests which they do with all children. They have even adapted/changed the room for my son by making him a sensory corner which he uses when he is overstimulated as well as them having a sensory room. The SENCO is amazing a true angel and an asset to the nursery she has gone above and beyond for my son. All activities are planned so carefully and thoughtfully with inclusiveness in mind, they consider all children’s learning abilities when planning to make sure that no child is left behind there is something for everyone. They also include parents in planning by letting them know what they will be doing that week using the app and offering activities linked to the planning for the children to do at home with their families. Milestones as I’ve said is an amazing nursery any child is lucky to be in their care.

The nursery is so welcoming for my child. She is always happy to go the next day. Also, I love that they have different activities for the kids to keep them busy. They have lovely teachers also. I would give the school a 10/10.

My grandson attended, this being his first nursery place. The staff go above and beyond to make learning fun. He was immediately settled and felt safe. There are so many opportunities for all the children to get involved in. I would highly recommend this nursery. Thank you for making his first nursery placement so enjoyable.

My second child has just started here and loves it. My first child didn't want to leave. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They don't just care about the children, but the parents as well. They go above and beyond in all aspects of my child's care and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My overall experience with Milestones Childcare has been amazing both my children have attended this nursery, one is secondary school age now and my youngest still attends. There is always a very good level of communication from staff to parents and all the staff are really friendly and approachable. All members of staff have so much time, love and compassion for every single child that attends, they always go above and beyond for all children. Staff always make sure they are adapting and adjusting to every child's needs to support their learning, there is good structured learning and great activities for the children. The nursery is a clean, bright and welcoming environment and is well run in all areas, this nursery is well equipped it has a lovely sized garden with lots of equipment for the children to play on outside and also the sensory room is so nice for the children to relax in. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Milestones is an amazing nursery the staff are lovely and they have helped my son so much with his growth and speech. He absolutely loves nursery and loves the teachers he always has cuddles with them and such a great bond. I can't thank them enough. Definitely recommend Milestones to anyone.
