My child is thriving at the nursery. They care a lot and management have a very open door policy. The activities are always very creative and original. My child has learnt a lot about so many things. The food is excellent and always comes home with a full tummy. My child has been there since the nursery opened and i trusted the staff right away. The garden is small but they do so much with it and the children often get taken on trips. All the staff are very caring and thoughtful and most importantly know my child so well.

Harvey House have been a fantastic nursery, which our daughter loves. I was worried about her starting as she was very clingy with me; however, she settled very quickly and grew to love her teachers. Especially when she progressed upstairs. She really grew in her confidence. Any challenges staff have been helpful and attentive, and you can feel the genuine love and care they have for our daughter. We would recommend Harvey House.

Our son has been at Willow for nearly six months, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are incredible-warm, attentive, and professional-and always make us feel at ease at drop-off, which means so much as a slightly anxious parent.

It's clear how much care goes into everything they do, and our son absolutely loves it there. The variety of activities keeps him engaged and happy.

Communication was a top priority for us, and Willow really excels here. Their app keeps us connected and reassured throughout the day, and makes it easy to share updates or ask questions.

Our son has several dietary requirements, and the nursery has been fantastic in supporting us-carefully managing his allergies while gently encouraging him to try new foods.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support provided.

Our daughter is extremely happy here. The staff and management team go above and beyond to provide a caring, engaging environment with lots of interesting projects and trips. The nursery is well-designed and fitted out with some nice play and reading areas.

Harvey house is a human sized nursery. The facility is brand new and decorated with taste. The staff is very kind and always welcomes you with a smile. Kids are really well taken care of and loads of activities are organised: crafts, yoga, zip zap. But most importantly my daughter is always happy to be dropped off which means everything.

We feel very lucky that our child gets to enjoy the nursery and build such wonderful relationships with the staff and his peers.

My child wakes up excited to go - that says it all. When your little one can't wait to get through the door each morning, you know you've found somewhere special. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring - it shows in every interaction. Communication with parents is seamless through the app, so you always feel connected and informed throughout the day.

The environment itself is thoughtfully designed: bright, stimulating, and perfectly sized for curious young minds to explore. There's a real sense that learning and play are woven together here, and you can see the joy and curiosity it's building in the children every single day. We couldn't be happier with the choice.

Learning through play

Wonderful nursery with very caring staff and supportive management team. The staff really care about the children (and parents!), and are very nurturing and supportive. Lots of activities. Both of my sons have loved going here, and really bonded with their key workers (and lots of the other staff members and management team). The staff all seem to really enjoy working at the nursery and get on well which each other, which I always think is such a good sign of a healthy functioning team and environment.

Our child has been at Willow House since September 2025 and we are really happy with the nursery.

The staff are all lovely and you can tell they care a great deal about all the children.

Communication from the staff is amazing with regular updates throughout the day via the app, including photos, updates on naps and meals.

The big post of photos at the end of the week is a lovely touch as it shows how much fun the children have had that week.

Our daughter loves going to Harvery House. It has a strong family feel, and you can tell she has formed good bonds with the staff and that they really look after her. We are kept well informed of what she is up to on the app, and the children do a range of activities. We have been very impressed and would recommend to a friend.

We are so pleased with the nursery experience and would recommend wholeheartedly to other families. There is a good range of activities including physical activity in the outdoor space and with external providers. Development reports are provided at regular intervals and any key updates are shared in real time. We love the fact that all staff across all rooms know all the children and parents, it makes for such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our son runs into nursery in the morning and doesn't want to leave come pick up! Management are proactive, caring and communicate well. We value the many celebrations of key dates in the calendar and the events held for families too!

Excellent, knowledgeable and kind staff. They know my daughter, she is so happy to be there and safe. Their updates, activities, and analyis of her development has kept us informed and added to a richer quality of life.

I am so glad we chose Willow, and recommend it to anyone with young children in the neighbourhood.

Couldn't be happier with Willow House nursery - we know our daughter is in a safe, secure and fun environment and is well cared for by all the staff. She has a brilliant time there and we feel confident dropping her off every morning knowing she's in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

We've had a great experience at Willow House. The staff are very friendly and there is a really nice, warm atmosphere. We also appreciate the effort they put in to make special events memorable for the children - organising a great zoo trip and then arranging for a donkey and a sheep to come to the christmas show! Our daughter loves it there and has made good friends.

We could not be happier with our experience at HHW. Our son joined the baby room in 2024 and absolutely loves the nursery. The staff go above and beyond with the care they provide, and we love how enriching the curriculum is. It's always a joy to see the updates and all the fun that is being had! We've really valued the detailed updates and reports we receive on our son's learning and development progress, and the close relationship he's built with his key worker in each room as he's moved up. We really enjoy the additional events that the nursery hosts for families, including a zoo trip and christmas party, which make you feel part of the wider community. There is clearly a strong culture of investing in staff training and development and I am sure this contributes to the high staff retention rates, which we really value as parents. The team have also been particularly supportive of our son and family during challenging personal periods which we are very grateful for.

Overall, we're incredibly pleased with the progress our daughter has made at the nursery. She has made genuine connections with the staff and looks forward to coming in everyday. She took a while to settle but the staff and her key workers were very understanding, communicative and determined to make her feel safe and welcome. She enjoys the activities and the trips to the library/ park in better weather. We're very grateful and choose to stay at this nursery even though we've moved house further away.
