I think my child developed different skills and behaviours brought from the nursery such as painting, knowing letters and numbers, for example.

They do other activities such gymnastics, go to theatre and even bring a small zoo to the nursery which allow my child to interact with different activities.

Thank you, CM for the feedback. It's lovely to see that the activities we try and organise are well received and we know they over a rich opportunity to learn through play.

The Spanish nursery is such a lovely environment for children. The staff feel like family and ensure the children are always engaged and safe.
They are very hands on and my son will happily be with any member of staff.
We are a bilingual family and my sons Spanish has really come on since starting a year ago.
They have a weekly yoga class that my son really loves and an annual Christmas show that deserves an award!
My son has been at quite a few different nurseries due to travelling and also age. If I could do it all again we would have been with the Spanish Nursery the whole time from the start.

It's a truly nurturing and kind place for children to be children. But also we have had regular meetings to check in on development and curriculum.

Reply from Carmen Rampersad, Director at The Spanish Nursery and Children's Centre for Culture and Language

Thank you for the wonderful feedback. It is so wonderful to see that the care we offer is appreciated and valued by parents. We do have the best teachers and they deserve a whole load of gratitude for making each day a special one for every child.

Our daughter has been at TSN for the past 4 years and she has flourished as a child. The teachers are caring and dedicated, they love the children and make sure their specific needs are met whilst leading the class in their joint activities.

They practice reading, writing, maths all in a very creative environment. Our daughter comes home having had a blast every day.

We love the Spanish nursery, the staff are amazing with our daughter and really nice and fun people.
Our daughter has been going there since she is 6 month old and loves it. She so happy to see everyone in the morning.
We also enjoy the updates, news letter and photos that gives us a sneak peek into the multiple activities she takes part in.
The food there looks and smell amazing, I wish I got to eat it every day :)

I would 100% recommend the Spanish nursery!

Reply from Carmen Rampersad, Director at The Spanish Nursery and Children's Centre for Culture and Language

Very grateful for your message, Quentin. Domnica is magic in the kitchen; parents always welcome to join, it would give the children great pleasure to share a meal with their parents in the nursery... so, pick the date and let Marta know:) Very happy to have 'hit the spot'. Thank you for your recommendation and feedback

The Spanish Nursery is a special place. What characterises it is genuine care for the children and a personal interest in each child from every member of staff. Meals are lovingly prepared in house each day and you can feel thé attention to detail in everything that they do. If you are fortunate in securing a place, Marta, Carmen and the whole team will take very good care of your child.

Reply from Carmen Rampersad, Director at The Spanish Nursery and Children's Centre for Culture and Language

Thank you, Hamish for such a wonderful feedback. Makes me really happy to see that the nurture we find so crucial at this stage in children's lives comes across and we are so fortunate to have such incredible staff. They make everything possible.

A truly amazing nursery. Having visited many you know from the second you visit that they have a special thing here. It wasn't initially on our radar but we are so glad we found them. We're not Spanish but have loved the culture, language, food, and mentality that is fostered here. Well worth looking at!

We have been delighted with The Spanish Nursery. Our son just graduated before starting reception and we will miss the team there terribly. We wish they had a second location closer to where we are moving so our second child could attend! The staff are amazing, very warm and kind and also very focused on child development. In addition to learning Spanish, I am confident my son is growing in all of his early years development areas.

Because of the nature of the warm staff and environment, the nursery also attracts a very warm and friendly set of families and children, making the overall atmosphere very pleasant.

Our daughter really enjoyed her time at The Spanish Nursery, thanks especially to the very warm and caring team led by the manager. She was always happy to go in every morning and enjoy all the activities they do together. It is a happy and loving environment focused on all-round development and learning throughout the year, with nutritious food prepared on site. It was also a great way for her to continue learning and speaking Spanish after returning from 2 years living in Spain. The teachers really do make a good effort to ensure the kids speak Spanish rather than English! But whether or not that is a priority for your family, I would certainly recommend The Spanish Nursery. From a management point of view, they have also been efficient and easy to deal with.

I cannot be happier with my choice of childcare. My daughter has settled in really well and is thriving in The Spanish Nursery. The staff are so warming and caring with the children and always receive them with open arms and a smile. They work hard to make sure all children receive good care and they are never too busy to speak with me and my wife and tell us what my daughter has been doing during the day. The food is freshly cooked every day and I love the smell of warm bread and delicious soup when I walk in the morning. The Director is not on site every day but she is always very approachable by email and responds very quickly to any questions we may have. The manager is exceptional and so are the rest of the staff. Perfect place for our daughter and we have peace of mind. Thank you, The Spanish Nursery!

My daughter has been attending The Spanish Nursery full-time for almost 3 years. She loves it and never complains when I bring her in. She learned many new things and comes back and talks about it every day. There are weekly themes to ensure that kids have enough time to engage and learn about the subjects. Her Spanish has flourished! Many of her friends are from non-Spanish-speaking families, but that doesn't affect the kids or parents. She has had three amazing key persons assigned to her and my daughter and I adore all three. All teachers are great and they are very aware of my child's needs and interests.

I highly recommend it, and would encourage anyone to meet the staff and have the tour.

My daughter has been attending for a year now and she absolutely loves it. I'm very happy with how much they care about the children, the education they receive and the food is nutritious. The staff is great and they have a great manager who is very responsible, cares about the kids and very professional. They provide daily feedback and a newsletter, and 1-1 review every 3 months.

I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Learning in a nurturing, safe and exciting environment. Staff are gentle and the children are treated as individuals; learning is therefore tailored to specific needs and abilities. Even non-speaking Spanish children pick up bits of the language quickly.

My son has thrived for the past 3 and a half years at this outstanding nursery, which has become like a second home for him. The highly dedicated staff consistently offer warm and attentive care to all children. The unique opportunity for him to be exposed to Spanish, despite our home being non-Spanish speaking, assures me of the long-term benefits he's acquiring. Additionally, the nursery's extended siesta policy recognises the importance of adequate sleep in children's brain development. So many different activities and cultural events are celebrated, giving him a broad experience.

On-site cooked meals ensure the children's nutritional needs are met, while simultaneously exposing them to a variety of wholesome foods. Pick-ups as late as 5:55pm is a bonus for us as working parents. Overall, this nursery provides an excellent learning environment that we would highly recommend to other parents.

Our daughter started in the caterpillar room at the age of 11 months, and settled in very well, even though she was not used to spending any time away from her parents. She is now excited every time we reach the nursery door, and can't wait to get out of her coat to play with her friends! The staff are extremely caring and friendly, and we can tell our daughter feels safe, secure and happy. We are very grateful for the time spent each day with her key worker to ensure a smooth handover. It is never rushed. We also receive monthly newsletters with lots of photos, as well as reports of her development. We feel that the staff really do invest above and beyond care for each individual child, and really would recommend The Spanish Nursery to any parents who value a loving environment for their children.

My daughter has attended The Spanish Nursery (TSN) for over 2.5 years. I can't recommend a more exceptional nursery. It has everything I could ask for and more. The staff is warm, caring, loving, and nurturing. They create a fun and creative environment for the children. The key workers discuss your child's progress and are readily available if you have any questions. Parents also receive a monthly newsletter with pictures and an overall update on what's happening. The children are exposed to many different activities such as yoga, tennis, neon sensory activities, and celebrations worldwide, to name a few. The children receive excellent home-cooked meals, and I have to credit TSN for making my child a good eater and exposing her to a wide range of foods. I also like that the children of all different ages play with each other. My husband speaks Spanish, and from this and TSN my daughter understands and speaks the language. The hours are also great for working parents.
