Our son is very happy at Bright Little Stars, we feel very confident in our son's learning journey, welfare and comfort. We feel like staff know him and understand him well. Would rather important information is sent as email rather than as a notification to check the app. Overall, we are very happy with the experience we have had with both children. Our eldest is a testament to your hard work!

My son joined Galaxy Class in May 2026, and my husband and I are very impressed with the standard of care our son receives. The room leader, Lisa, along with her colleagues, Nadine, Lillian, Shauna, to name a few, provides exceptional support and guidance for our son. They truly show compassion, kindness and professionalism, and for that we are very happy we chose Bright Little Stars as our son's early years setting.

Our children love attending Bright Little Stars, and she always has a great time when there. Her speech and walking dastically improved since attending, and she looks forward to her nursery days. Staff are kind and welcoming, and her meals are so diverse. Would highly recommend.

The staff in all the learning rooms are very friendly and take such good care of the children. The transitions between rooms have been very smooth experience for my daughter, and activities are based around her interests to ensure she is happy and settled. My daughter loves to come to nursery and enjoys playing with her friends and teachers.

I also really appreciate that whenever I've raised any questions or concerns, they've been listened to and dealt with promptly and efficiently, which is very reassuring as a parent. I feel comfortable knowing my children are well cared for.

We have our 2nd child here in Barnet BLS and are and have been historically very happy. Our eldest thrived @ BLS Barnet. Lovely staff, free parking, great facilities.

We are happy with the nursery and especially with the Milky Way team. Our son leaves home happy every morning and always seems to have had a great day when I pick him up. He loves the food, often has seconds and really enjoys the toys and activities. We always love seeing his observations and development updates on the app. The team has supported him brilliantly with learning to walk and is now helping him develop his speech. We are very grateful for their care and support.

We have had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The staff are kind, caring, friendly and very professional. They are brilliant at supporting transitions and helping children feel at ease. Both of our children have formed strong attachments with the nursery staff. Our eldest attended from a baby through to preschool age and loves his time there. Our youngest is still attending and runs in happily, often not wanting to leave! The nursery were also quick to recognise a developmental delay in our eldest. They acted promptly to ensure he receives the support he greatly needed. As first time parents, we were unaware there was an issue, so we are very grateful. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough. We feel very lucky to have such a caring, supportive nursery for our children.

Our daughter started at Bright Little Stars Stratford in September 2024, and from the very beginning, we realised just how amazing everyone was. We immediately felt so lucky to have found a place where our little one could feel safe, loved and supported, while also having the opportunity to grow, learn and flourish so much.We will be forever grateful to the whole team for everything you have done for Emily and for our family, and for all the love, care and kindness you have given her over the years. The staff seem to genuinely care, the activities seem to really capture his imagination and the outside space is brilliant.

Excellent all round. Really appreciate the care they provide for both of my children. This is on top of a fantastic learning and play culture.

Overall a good nursery, with very friendly and caring staff and I've seen both my child and other children develop well there. The nursery attracts good people to work there and provides opportunities for development and career growth, which is lovely to see. I wish there was more space both in and outdoors for the children to spend time in. The rooms can feel quite busy and chaotic especially as they accommodate more children as they get older. Communication from the nursery to parents around key events could be better and I would love to see more activities offered throughout the year outside of the nursery setting. It would also be great to have more transparency around the digital / YouTube content the children get exposed to in the rooms as not all of it is what I would choose to show my child.

The general experience of Bright Little Stars is excellent. We feel that she receives excellent support and are pleased with her development growth.

Our son has flourished during his time at Bright Little Stars. He is so happy and settled. The activities are so varied and he's learnt so many skills. Everyone at BLS is incredibly kind and engaging. We get such detailed debriefs at the end of each day. Communication is always clear & excellent.
