We sent my first son to Apple day care in 2021 during the pandemic. Apple day care have been so caring and made my child feel so happy and excepted that he loved going and didn't look back. He grew so much as a little person and also gave him all the right tools for starting reception at a new
school. My other son started in 2023, again, really settled well, all the carers new him and just a happy little boy. He moved to three different appleday care sites (our choice due to moving house) and I can say they are all as great as each other! Sad to be leaving appleday care and highly recommend them!!

A brilliant nursery, they have made so many adaptations to my son's needs, I can not thank them enough. He always comes home saying they he had a fun day. His development has come on leaps and bounds since he first started at the day care.

My daughter settled in here so quickly and has now been with Apple for over a year. She loves her time at Apple and is always excited to attend. The staff are so friendly, caring and nurturing. I can't recommend Apple highly enough, my daughter is safe, cared for and having so much fun daily. I love
the daily photos and updates. Thank you.

Our son joined Apple in May 2023 after being in a childminder setting. I was apprehensive at first about him moving to a nursery as it seemed so much bigger than childminders but the staff were absolutely fantastic and put both of us at ease! He loves attending and always comes out with a smile on
his face and lots of stories about what he's been up to with his friends!
The staff are so friendly and approachable and have great knowledge of the children. They've been great at adapting for our sons allergy too.
As a teacher, the term time option works and it is useful to have the flexibility to add extra hours in the holidays if needed.
Couldn't recommend Apple Lemsford more. Very sad we only have one more year left before school!

Good communication through the app and new parent board on front door.
Food menu on door is informative.
Food made using fresh ingredients.
Children like the food.
Children feel safe.
Staff are friendly, kind, approachable and knowledgable.
Good use of external company's on three days per
week for enrichment activities.
Occasional walks and trips to the park.

My daughter has moved to this nursery from her previous one a few months ago and calls this one her "new happy nursery" which speaks volumes. They have all been very attentive, compassionate and kind to myself and my daughter. She's settling in really nicely and I'm glad I made the switch :)

Our daughter has been attending Apple Daycare Lemsford since January 2025 and she is getting on so well.
At the start she was quite unsettled especially at drop but the staff have been great to make this process easier for both my daughter and us as parents.
The staff are so friendly, they always
take the time to speak to parents at the end of each day or whenever is needed.
Our little girl loves the weekly gymnastic session and activities during her day at nursery.
The online communication is great to be able to see a record of what your child has been up to and some photos of their day.
I'm so glad we made the decision to move our little girl to Apple Daycare Lemsford.

We have had such a positive experience of Apple Daycare. My son started going just after he turned 1 and he loves it. The nursery are so good at updating us on what they've done and what they've eaten. It's a lovely environment. I think the staff there are wonderful.

My husband and I are thrilled we found Apple Daycare. Our children absolutely love it, The manager is an absolute natural and it's amazing that she's the manager of this site. Both of our girls run into her arms in the morning and I barely get a goodbye! I feel like our children and us the parents
are heard at Apple Daycare.
My husband is a teacher so the term time option suits us very well and they don't charge any additional fees if you're using your funded hours (unlike a lot of other nurseries). All the food and nappies are included etc
I really love that my girls are together even though they're 18 months apart in age. I think it's really help them settle. They've been there over a year now and they look forward to their nursery days which is so special for both them and us!
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

My son attends Apple Day care. He goes in and returns happily. It's lovely to see the range of activities that they get up to and the staff put a lot of effort into the 7 eyfs learning areas. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

My Son has been attending this nursery for just over a year and has settled in very well. My daughter had previously attended this setting for 3 years. We are very happy with how the staff treat the children and the care and attention given to their day to ensure they have fun! My son comes home
very happy and content. The additional activities which are provided are excellent.

My two children have been attending the nursery for a year.
The staff really are fantastic and it's a stable team.
My son struggles to settle when he first arrives and they've gone out of their way to help him settle and try different tactics. I also like that my children get to spend some time
together during the day. There is a baby room and a bigger kids' room but they mix where appropriate.
The children get to do different activities like dancing, gymnastics and forests walks. There's also a public park as it's based in a village hall so the children get to go there too which is always a win.
It's a lovely little nursery.

My daughter has been attending Apple Daycare for the last few months, she has already come such a long way with her development due to the very caring staff they have. I always receive great communication from the manager about her day at handover and feel that my daughter is in very good care

Our little boy has been going to Apple Daycare in Lemsford Village Hall since August 2021. We loved the setting straight away, and from the start, the team have been incredibly supportive of our son's development and needs. We have really appreciated that all the ages are together and think this has
helped so much with his social development. We like that there are themes to the week, and lots of different activities run by the staff and external providers, especially that they are always going outside in the fresh air. We are kept up to date with his progress and the staff are all lovely.

Both my children have been to Apple Daycare - in different settings. We have always agreed with the ethos of all the children being together of all ages. The younger children learn from the older children and the older children learn how to be kind and inclusive of the younger children. The days are
very full with activities provided by outside providers, and time taken to go out for walks and connect with nature. My oldest children made the transition to reception without a problem and I think that was down to the social skills he learned whilst at Apple.

Not only is the care outstanding, the activities and daily routine are brilliant and have really helped my son’s development. The daily updates they send through give me comfort that my son is in the
best care and is happy and having fun.
