Both our children attend Orange Tree Day Nursery full time. They love it there and have built such good relationships with the staff and other children. They have been growing physically, emotionally and intellectually thanks to the wonderful activities and learning at the nursery. The children love going to Orange Tree and they actively tell us that! The location is brilliant and the facilities are amazing, especially the outdoor areas. Would highly recommend them!

We have sent our daughter to The Orange Tree for over two years now and couldn't think of any place else to send her now. The staff are always friendly, accommodating and genuinely interested in their jobs. Our daughter is enjoys being at nursery and she comes home and is always super chatty about what's gone off during the day and the food she eats. A big plus for the fact they have Penny and the guinea pigs as it helps the children to understand different animals.

Our two daughters have both attended this nursery since they were 6 months old. We really liked the feel of the nursery compared to others in the area. Both our girls loved going every day and have built lovely connections with the caring nurses. We can see how the nursery continues to invest in equipment and facilities for the children. We loved the fact the staff organises activities regularly and are very invested in the development of the kids. We would highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending the Orange Tree for just under a year now and we've been over moon with it. The staff are all so warm and welcoming and really take the time to get to know my son. There's always a range of activities offered throughout the week! Communication on the app is great and a range of photos and information is shared over the week! The management and reception team have been very helpful and accommodating especially when he started and when I've needed to book extra sessions. Overall we could not be happier!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at The Orange Tree. From the very first visit, the staff made us feel completely at ease. The staff are friendly, welcoming and genuinely care. Our little boy has blossomed since starting here - becoming more confident, social, and independent. The daily activities are engaging, with a perfect balance of play, learning, and creativity. We also really appreciate the regular updates and photos, which give us peace of mind and show us what our child is doing each day. The environment is always clean and it's clear the team puts a lot of effort into making it a nurturing space. Communication with the staff and management has been excellent - they are approachable, responsive, and always happy to discuss our child's progress.

We've been really happy with The Orange Tree - as has my wife. The team are so accommodating, genuinely lovely people, and most importantly, our daughter absolutely loves it there. I know a few people locally have had issues with their nurseries, but we've had none of that here. They've been brilliant around funding and completely accommodating with dietary requirements too. It was a no-brainer to send our little boy there when it was his turn to start, and he's settling in really well. Would highly recommend - lovely place, lovely staff who really care, and the new outdoor space is fantastic. Everything you could want in a nursery.

The staff are fantastic with my son and so accommodating of his needs and illness. He goes in with such a smile on his face and comes out equally as happy. Nothing is too much for them and they have been amazing to myself too.

My son has been attending The Orange Tree for a few months now and the staff have been amazing in keeping us updated and meeting his development and progress needs in different and engaging ways. They are always very good at providing us with daily updates and its great to see the pictures taken at nursery daily on the app.

My 2 little ones recently just started here, I was so nervous with them starting but the team have made sure they are comfortable and very looked after!! The team are so good with them it makes all my worries go away, so happy and pleased with the staff and facilities here!!

We've been really happy with The Orange Tree throughout our Son's time there. Spacious and well-kept rooms, great outdoor spaces and brilliant communication from the staff. Would definitely recommend!

Our daughter has been coming here for some time now and we are really happy with the placement. We chose this nursery over others due to the overall feel, from facilities both indoor and outdoor, to the nature of the staff when we came for the first visit. Glad we followed our gut. Modern facilities, really nice outdoor spaces and the staff are really tentative to our daughter. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new start at nursery or a change!

My daughter has been attending Orange Tree for almost a year now and she always has a fantastic time. She loves the staff and often asks for them when we're at home and she gets excited when we go to drop her off in the morning. The staff are exceptional in both care and educational purposes. The minor accidents she's had have been taken care of extremely professionally and the extra nurturing she's received have helped her develop at a fast rate. The administration team are always helpful and will help solve any issues you may have and the staff as a whole are always honest and happy to help you. I would happily recommend The Orange Tree to any parent who is trying to decide what nursery is best.

My return to work after maternity leave would have not been possible without The Orange Tree. We went to every nursery in the area and no other could compare to the value of what they provided, from beautiful rooms with a home feeling to happy and wonderful staff that have been like an extension of myself with my child, I always felt confident that my baby was safe and well looked after, together we saw her crawl, walk and run until she became the wonderful happy girl she is which is reflection of the hard work and love of the staff who have been like a family to her. Management is supportive, you can go and talk to them about anything and they will go above and beyond the extra mile to support your family. As a working parent it has no price to know how my child was during the day, if she ate, how much she slept, what she learned, and seeing pictures of her just was so special to us and gave us a sense of reassuring to know that we made the right nursery choice.

Lovely staff across all rooms. My child is currently in the Caterpillar Room and every day he's there he is so happy. His key worker gives great feedback and is always very welcoming in the mornings. He gets lovely observations and his development has come along so nicely since being there. The staff have close relationships with families and treat the children with such care and respect. You can tell they really care about the children they're looking after and about their development. The daily diaries have good detail on how he has been throughout the day and if you have any worries staff are always there to help you. Overall a lovely nursery and a great team!

My son started attending The Orange Tree Day Nursery just before he turned 1, doing a four day week. We absolutely adore this nursery and the girls who work there are amazing. Our son has started to develop so quickly, his confidence has soared and he's hit milestones quicker than we expected. We do believe this is down to him attending The Orange Tree. The girls who look after him in blossoms are fantastic. So kind and loving towards the children - he has built such a bond with them. Our son has a milk allergy which has been fully catered for since he has attended. We are kept informed all the time and truly do feel as though we can fully trust the staff when we hand him over. We have never once worried or fretted about our decision to send him here and I think that is so important when you choose to place your child in nursery.

The Orange Tree Day Nursery @Derby is fantastic. I really love the way the rooms are set up and how caring and passionate the carers are. I also love the food selection and the outdoor gardens, as my son loves exploring the outdoors.

We have been very impressed with the level of care that our child receives at The Orange Tree Day Nursery @ Derby. The emphasis on the development of skills and behaviours is fantastic. The staff are dedicated and kind and our child has been able to build an excellent rapport with each key worker. Communication via the app or email is very good - we receive daily updates about what the class has been up to, meals and nap times. Roughly weekly we get a lovely individual report of something our child has enjoyed with photos. There is also a regular parent's evening to touch base or address concerns. I have also been reassured by the level of security and safeguarding at the nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

This nursery is amazing! The staff are so friendly and make you and the child feel so welcome. My child loves going here and always goes in with a smile. The staff are so good with the children and are always smiling.
