Our daughter was with Little Diamonds from age 1 until age 4 and a bit when she went to school. Little Diamonds helped give her a fantastic start in life and has prepared her really well for school. You really get the sense that the nursery is a "family owned" business (2 nurseries) and they really care about the children and want to provide the best for them. The staff are fantastic, especially the shift supervisors/senior leaders. A special shout out to Sophie who our daughter adored!! The nursery is constantly investing in their facilities, for example improving the sandpit, building outdoor playhouses, climbing frames and other activities. The nursery has a wonderful wraparound garden and a lot of their ethos is about spending as much time as possible outside in the garden. This is especially good in the summer months as when you are doing pick-up you get to see all of the little ones playing and having fun together! My experience at little diamonds as a mother o two kids attending the nursery is amazing , they started when the were a few months old , they always received the best care , I can tell they are always happy the way they talk about the staff and activities they do. The staff is excellent at communicating information and feedback about the kids . My heart is always in peace because I know that they are safe in the nursery . They have plenty of activities and are always keeping an eye on the development of the kids . Would say to the a big thank you .

Both my boys attended Little Diamonds nursery for their pre school years. The staff is very accommodative, loving, nurturing and provides incredible care and support to the child. From the very first day, their kindness, patience, and dedication have made nursery a place where our kids felt safe, happy and were eager to learn. It's been wonderful to watch them grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence. The nursery has wonderful outdoor space where kids can play with pots, pans, grow plants, use trike, slides, pretend house play and do so many other activities. Team is always approachable for any guidance that parents need. It's great to see all the Tapestry observations that add up to their learning journey. Thank you so much for all the efforts every member of the staff puts in to keep our children happy and safe.

Good nursery and great staffing. Facility could be more accommodating for meetings or staff lunches. Parking for picking up children is good and location is easy for travel. Would recommend to a new parent.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Little Diamonds nursery! The staff are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to providing a nurturing environment. The nursery is clean, safe, and engaging, with a variety of activities that encourage learning and development. My child loves going there and always comes home with a smile on her face. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a trustworthy and supportive childcare provider. My daughter really looks forward to her nursery days. I feel like it's run in a very family oriented way very hands on and I'm very happy with my choice in sending my daughter to little Diamonds. And would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our son (now 2,5) has attended the nursery full time since he was 8 months old and we are so happy to have chosen Little Diamonds. The Team truly cares for the little ones, they approach them with compassion and love making them feel welcome and cared for from early stages.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a few months now, and in the short space of time, I have seen her confidence, independence and knowledge grow. The staff at this nursery love the children as if they were their own and my daughter is so happy to go to nursery, when we drop her off she just runs in without saying bye as she's so excited to see her friends and teachers. She was able to settle in very quickly to the nursery and the staff were so understanding and knew exactly what to do so I didn't need to worry. If I have any questions or concerns they are very quick to resolve this, they are understanding and they care about my child. If you're looking for a nursery I would recommend Little Diamonds, they have no issues with showing you around so you can see how the children interact with each other. It's a very lovely nursery, and your child would definitely be happy here.

Both my children attend the nursery. One is now confident with his peers and building his own friendships which is down to the support and encouragement he has received at the nursery. They both love attending and the staff are always friendly and approachable.

I am extremely disheartened due to my experience with this nursery. The staff members failed to follow safeguarding procedures while my son was there, which is a huge concern for any parent. Additionally, the nursery is very disorganised and lacks any sense of structure. My son's contract was terminated and the nursery refused to use my childcare grant during the last month of his stay, which was completely unfounded and adverse for me and my son. Furthermore, the nursery provided very little feedback on my child's progress and daily habits, which made me feel uninformed and disconnected from my child's development. To top it off, the nursery charges extra fees to some parents who receive financial assistance (in my case a student finance grant) for their child's fees, which I think just reflects the ethos of this nursery. I would strongly advise anyone considering a place for their child here to read the contract in detail before making a decision.

Little Diamonds is a superb nursery on many counts. The staff are exceptionally friendly and supportive of the children. The facilities are very good and the food is loved by our son who is quite fussy at the best of times. Most importantly the only thing that we have ever witnessed when we attend is a child focused approach, the staff just radiate kindness. The way they have struggled on throughout the pandemic is admirable. Both my wife and I offer the establishment 5 stars unreservedly.

The atmosphere in Little Diamonds is great, with positive vibes and welcoming. I feel safe and content leaving my child with the staff. Even the management team are very friendly and welcoming and demonstrate that they genuinely care for all the children. My child has been attending the nursery for just over a year now since she was 8 months and she loves going there every morning. She brings home samples of real baking and cooking. She loves the mud kitchen. We see lots of variety of different activities the staff set out. We can see she has developed a huge amount since she joined Little Diamonds and I receive daily feedback from the staff which is very helpful. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who wants their child to develop socially as well as in lots of other ways. We both give Five stars.

My daughter started at Little Diamonds recently and I was very impressed with the way they handled her (and my) settling in. The current climate has made the simplest things a challenge but I never felt like I was having to make any big compromises because of it. I was able to see my daughter interact with the staff and other children safely, which in turn made me feel much happier about leaving her. I’ve been impressed with the activities they’ve undertaken and with their flexibility around drop off and pick up times. I really do feel like they put the children at the forefront of their decisions. My daughter has also really enjoyed the food and it’s great to see such variety every day.

This nursery and all the staff are great and have helped develop my daughter into a friendly, sociable and intelligent girl. She loves going there and knows all the staff members’ names off by heart. She also loves the food which is home-cooked fresh every day. Would definitely recommend it here to any prospective parents.

Our little boy adores Little Diamonds, the team are incredible, kind and so fun with him. It is so reassuring to know he is so happy going there whilst we go to work. The daily update on his progress and picture updates are precious amidst my working day and I really appreciate the time they take to do this every day. A fantastic team and we’re very lucky to have found them!

Little Diamonds is a wonderful nursery and my son is really happy there. He’s always been a clingy child but engrossed himself so well and is very well looked after and adored by the team. Having visited all the nurseries in the area, I definitely recommend them.

Have been really impressed with the way the nursery has responded to my children’s individual needs. One had difficulty settling and they gave him all the extra cuddles and time he needed. They also went out of their way to support his language development difficulties. With a lot of thanks to them, his speech has come along marvellously and he is a confident and happy boy. Really appreciated the way they also support my daughter’s advanced language and cognitive abilities by matching her with a room that fits with her development rather than rigidly going by chronological age. Either way, amazing differentiation in care. Both my kids talk about wanting to go to nursery frequently and it makes me feel a lot better when I drop them off!

My daughter settled in straight away. She loves waking up to go to nursery. As a parent I love seeing how happy my child is going to nursery, she always comes home with a clean nappy and she’s always tidy. I’m also happy with how they’ve managed during the pandemic.

The staff are extremely sensitive and gentle with the children. They get to know their characters well and create a fun, safe environment for them to develop and play in. Our daughter has been very happy there and we feel she is much loved by the staff which is all you want really!

My son has attended Little Diamonds since he was 1 year old and is now over 3 years. My son finds it hard to adapt at times and has some sensory issues. The staff have been amazing with my son and he has come on in leaps and bounds! The detailed feedback every day is fab as are photos sent through on the secure app. Very happy with my nursery choice.
