Really organised, caring , supportive nursery. My twins attended for 3 years and settled in so well. They foster a family feel and are so invested in all the children. They prepared our boys so well for primary they have just sailed in to reception without any issues. Thank you everyone at Grove lodge!

We couldn't be happier with Grove Lodge. The staff are amazing, the toddler room leader, is especially lovely - creating such a warm environment for the children to learn, play, and explore. Our child has made wonderful friendships and loves the off-site outings, sensory tent story times that spark her imagination, and energetic games in the garden. As she begins preschool here, we're confident her learning journey will flourish. The facilities are excellent - always clean, welcoming, and full of opportunities to discover. She comes home happy and excited every day, and we couldn't be happier!

Our daughter just graduated from Grove Lodge, after attending for the past 3.5 years. This was the only nursery we wanted, and this was solely down to the staff and the environment we could see they create for the children. The staff are fantastic and are incredibly involved with the children. They truly know each and every child so well and they find fun and creative ways to teach and engage the children - our daughter's developed absolutely sky rocketed after she started and she was constantly amazing us with new things she'd come home and tell us she learned. We couldn't be more grateful for Grove Lodge's impact on our daughter's early years and for creating a space where we knew she was always safe, cared for and well fed with yummy and nutritious food! They did a great job at prepping the children and parents for school. As sad as we are to leave the setting and the wonderful staff, they have helped us to feel fully prepared and ready for the next stage of our daughter's life.

Our son started at Grove Lodge in April 2025 after moving from a different nursery and it was honestly the best decision we ever made. He settled in so quickly and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful, so down-to- earth, friendly and caring! :) Our son always comes home full of life with a big smile, which says it all and it's lovely to see. We can really see his progress since starting here and all of the staff encourage this through brilliant activities. The meaning of each activity is always explained and the app updates are fantastic. It's so comforting to know that he is safe and being looked after so well, also learning what he's up to throughout the day with photos/videos is always a joy to see. The food menu looks delicious, so healthy with such a great variety - our son mostly always has "all" next to what he's eaten! You can really tell how much the staff care about what they do and we are so grateful to them for making our son's nursery experience a happy/great one! :)

My son started at Grove Lodge September 2024 and immediately settled in really well. The environment was lovely and I always felt really well updated throughout the day, I was very anxious about him starting but the team constantly put me at ease. Unfortunately he had to have some time off of nursery due to numerous hospital visits (due to his extreme prematurity and lung issues) and in such a stressful time the staff were all kind, understanding and patient with us for updates. When we restarted nursery in April, he recognised the staff and settled back in well. He loves all the activities the staff set up, the food all seems really healthy and a good variety. I cannot recommend the nursery enough, with no negatives to share! We are so grateful to have found Grove Lodge and look forward to watching our son grow with their curriculum.

I couldn't be happier with my son's nursery experience. Since he started, he's come on in absolute leaps and bounds - developing new skills, growing in confidence, and showing so much joy every single day. It's such a comfort as a parent to know he's not only safe, but thriving. Two members of staff in particular have been simply fantastic. Their care, enthusiasm, and dedication shine through in everything they do. It's clear how much they truly care about the children, and the bond they've formed with my son is just heartwarming. Every morning he goes in with a huge smile, and every evening he comes home full of stories (babbling thus far) excitement. That smile says it all - he's happy, engaged, and loved. I'm so grateful for the nurturing, fun, and stimulating environment they've created. Thank you for helping him grow into such a happy, confident little boy. I can't praise the two staff members and the whole team highly enough!

My child enters Grove Lodge like he owns the place - no goodbye, just a confident strut straight to the fun. It's basically his personal theme park: painting, snacks, and what he calls "the best toilets ever." The staff? Absolute legends. Somehow calm, cheerful, and unphased by a toddler explaining dinosaurs for 20 minutes while wearing glitter and one shoe. He comes home buzzing, covered in mystery crumbs, and acting like he just headlined a festival. We're pretty sure he thinks Grove Lodge is cooler than our house (and honestly, we kind of agree). Five stars. My child's thriving. The toilets are a hit. We're all winning.

***** Fantastic nursery. I can not recommend this nursery highly enough! Both of my children attend and the care, support and learning environment have been exceptional. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, making sure each child feels safe, happy and enjoys every day. The nursery provides a fantastic balance of structured learning and play, helping my children develop key skills while having fun. The communication with us parents is excellent, keeping me/us updates on progress and daily activities. The facilities are clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for little ones. I have seen such positive growth in my children since they started attending and I have full confidence in the team. A true 5-star nursery! Thank you for everything you do!

My son loves his time at play school. There's multiple staff members he really loves and he's made some great friends too. The staff - management and in the classroom - take so much effort to entertain and educate the kids, introducing them to new and exciting things that we wouldn't do at home. I love getting updates and photos of what they're up to. His leaning journey feels personal to him, and it's great parents can upload their own observations from home - in one case it resulted in the nursery buying new puzzles for him! The site itself feels really homely and the class size isn't too big or overwhelming so I'm confident he gets good quality time with staff.

I am thrilled with the experience my children have at the Grove Lodge Bright Horizons Nursery. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and dedicated, ensuring that each child feels valued and cared for. The nursery was refurbished last year as well, so feels very fresh! The nursery offers a wide range of activities that keep children engaged and excited. From arts and crafts to outdoor play, music sessions, and educational games, there are countless activities that children can engage in. My children are always eager to share the fun and learning experiences they have each day. The meals provided at nursery are another highlight. All meals are freshly made on-site, and my children thoroughly enjoy them. It's comforting to know they are eating nutritious and delicious food. Additionally, the nursery offers 7:30am drop off and breakfast, which is convenient for busy mornings. Thank you Grove Lodge Bright Horizons nursery team for creating such a wonderful place for our little ones!

I highly recommend Bright Horizons Grove Lodge Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool to all parents. Once your child is there, trust the safe hands. The staff is amazing, so caring. Onboarding was very smooth. They did consider about the health care plan and acted on it immediately, which I haven't seen in any nursery before. My 11 months old settled very quickly and she is very happy at daycare. We could feel it at the pickups.Special thanks to three members of staff, in particular, for all the support..

Both our children attend Grove Lodge and they have both had great experiences. Our eldest will soon leave for school and he is well prepared for the next step after 3.5 years here. Our younger one has attended for 10 months so far and absolutely adores it. The team are so welcoming, kind and really help settle younger children in. The only reason nurseries in general are not value for money is due to the childcare system which is underfunded by the government so I appreciate this isn’t solely down to the nursery, but the fees are high - but we need early years childcare and make it work. Everyone does a fantastic job and our children are always so happy. Even when an issue with another child has happened, we have been listened to and follow-up action has been happening. Communication is really good too via use of the app and everyday interactions. Highly recommend.

We have been unbelievably thrilled with Grove Lodge as a nursery. The staff are super caring and efficient. Our little boy loves going in every morning and he always has so much fun. The management are approachable and organised, always responding in a professional and swift manner. All the staff in the baby room are kind and it is so obvious they care for each child in their charge. Thank you so much!

Both our children have absolutely loved going to nursery. The staff are friendly and caring and really get to know them as individuals. They have helped to settle our little one so quickly and he is so happy to go in and explore.

We cannot fault any staff at Grove Lodge. They really have gone over and above for our little boy who has hearing loss! They have been willing to ensure that his and our needs are met to the optimum level. They are warm, kind and friendly and I feel reassured when I go to work! Our little boy loves going to nursery!

This nursery is perfect in all areas. They clearly care about the children's welfare and have structured, varied days that help develop the children's social and wider educational skills. They also have a variety of healthy meals that are cooked on-site, which is a great added benefit.

The nursery has done amazingly well at looking after my son and helping him settle in. I’m so glad I chose this nursery it is by far the best one. They always go above and beyond with my son and they are helping him develop so much. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
