We have been so pleased with the experience our daughters have at Bright Horizons Chingford. Our eldest have just left for school, and they have been fantastic in supporting her preparation for reception. Our youngest is in baby room and has settled in with the support of her key worker. Both children have benefited greatly from the wide range of activities the staff put out for them. The staff are extremely supportive, caring, and informative. The kids also get a wide variety of different meals throughout the week, which is great for introducing them to different flavours. The office are also very supportive and helpful, with a lot of knowledge around funding. We have been delighted with the nursery!!

Our 3 year old daughter has been going to Bright Horizons since the beginning of this year and we (and more importantly - she) absolutely love it. She has moved from the younger 'Investigators' group with her small team of playmates to the pre-school classroom in September and Bright Horizons have taken every chance to make the transition as smooth as possible. The staff are absolutely brilliant - incredibly communicative to us as parents and interested in her development, engaged and supportive of her learning. I couldn't single out a single staff member for special mention as they've all been brilliant - my husband and I are so thankful we decided on Bright Horizons Chingford.

Our daughter started at the nursery in June 2024 and the staff have been brilliant at settling her in and letting her get comfortable in her new environment. Our daughter also has a couple of allergies and the nursery has dealt with it really well and are encouraging her to eat a wide variety of foods. We are delighted to see the progress she is making and it is so special to see her smiling, playing and having fun with the staff and other children.

Nothing puts the working parent guilt more at ease than knowing your son is safe, well looked after and happy at nursery! He loves it here and is always so excited when we tell him it's time to go to nursery. We are very grateful to the warm caring staff, who obviously do such a great job looking after him. What a joy to be able to pick up a smiling happy child at the end of the day! Thank you, team.

Both of our children have attended Bright Horizons in Chingford, and we have found the provision and care to be exceptional. The staff are amazing at forming excellent relationships with the children and creating wonderful learning experiences on a daily basis. Moreover, the food on offer is extremely nutritious and tasty! We couldn't be happier with the nursery we have chosen.

My son has been attending for the past two and a half years. He loves his carers and he is happy to be there. The nursery staff has always been polite, approachable and easy to communicate with. They have always helped my son with his needs and through his development.

Our daughter started at Bright Horizons at 11 months old. They were excellent at settling her into her routine there and kept to it, which provided structure and reassurance for our daughter. She has blossomed and really come into her own since she started there. She has since moved up to another room, and the transition here was really smooth. Her key worker and the rest of the team, including the manager, all know her really well and know what she needs/wants even when she doesn't communicate this. They understand her brilliantly which gives us peace of mind leaving her in their care. Our youngest will be going here soon, and we feel completely at ease to do this because of the team here.

My son started Bright Horizons Chingford Day Nursery and Preschool in February 2023, we were a little weary on how he was going to settle in at first as he can be quite shy but the staff are absolutely fantastic and helped to settle him in with ease and gave us daily updates on how he was getting on, they provide a wide range of activities throughout the day that he absolutely loves and they have helped him to thrive in every aspect (even helped to master the potty training). He is also offered lots of different meals that he may not always eat at home and always comes home with a full tummy! It’s like a home from home and he looks forward to going in every day and comes home so excited to tell us what he has been doing. Thank you Chingford!

We have also had a wonderful experience with the nursery. The staff are absolutely brilliant- they are helpful with any questions we have and are really caring and kind towards our daughter. They do loads of activities throughout the day, they give lots of updates to the parents with photos, etc., and the variety of meals they give is great. Our daughter loves going and we couldn’t ask for more!

Our son has been attending Bright Horizon Chingford since Feb 2021 when he was around 9 months old he began settling. Unfortunately due to COVID policies, we have been unable to see inside the nursery since we toured it before little one was born. Last week, the nursery held an open day and it was amazing. So clean, bright and tidy inside. My son seems to really enjoy nursery. He goes two days a week and leaves smiling each day. The staff are so lovely especially those in the baby room. They have really taken my son under their wing and I feel like they know him so well. I am a natural worrier and I tend to worry and ponder about my son most of the time I am not with him. However, the nursery now use an app where you can see exactly what your child is up to in a day! I absolutely love it and it is so reassuring. I must also mention the food is great! I would really recommend this nursery.

The nursery's complete refurbishment is great - the interior and garden are all now top-notch and just what I expect in a nursery. The Bright Horizons team are a great support - all through the lockdowns and now as we're back into the new normal. Communications are always clear and supportive - and the new app is a great way of sharing conversation topics with my daughter about her activities during the day. All members of the team work hard to make sure we're talking about the right things, as they come up - and also offering a great insight into the inner world of the nursery (to allow a parental perspective).

The staff go above and beyond to make sure my daughter enjoys coming to nursery. Activities are exciting and fun daily. The app updates me on my child’s day which is reassuring too. The staff in the toddler room are friendly and warm.

My eldest daughter was at the nursery aged 9 months until school. My youngest is still there now. I cannot speak highly enough of the team there. They are caring and smart. The children are safe, happy and learn lots. Their direct keyworkers are exceptional, and the management team there are equally involved. I would highly recommend

Our daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old. She's now moved up through 3 different rooms and we have always found the staff in each room very thoughtful, attentive and caring. We receive detailed feedback each day, about what she was doing, eating and how she was feeling. The list of activities children do each day is varied and interesting. The toys are of high quality, predominantly wooden, Montessori-style. Children spend time outside most days, with a different play area dedicated to different age groups. The only thing that springs to mind that could be improved is the decor - it's a bit tired and some rooms seem small/crowded. To me, it's of secondary importance compared to the other points listed above.

Our son has been attending the nursery for almost two years. He can be quite shy at times and take a while to warm up to different environments and people, but he loves his nursery class. The classroom staff are brilliant, they are caring, thoughtful and kind. During the pandemic, the nursery has been very careful and also very accommodating of parent’s needs and circumstances.

The nursery not only provides a fantastic, safe and welcoming environment, but the staff are incredible. They are so lovely and caring, and you can tell they are genuinely passionate about the service they provide. They have made my child's transition to nursery wonderful, for both her and myself. She always comes home having had lots of fun, but is always clean and looks well looked after.

I cannot recommend enough Chingford Day Nursery. Since my son started in the baby room, he has been cared for to a high standard by staff, which have been absolutely fantastic. To find a nursery that really cares for your child is priceless.

My son was a little unsettled at the beginning when he first started but the lovely staff in baby room, helped him to settle in and they also helped me because I was worried about leaving him on his own, he was so much better after a couple of weeks - that was all thanks to the amazing staff in the nursery that made the effort to help him.

My daughter loves the nursery and the staff. They are constantly thinking about her development as well as her day to day welfare. Standards are extremely high and I would highly recommend this nursery.
