My son started Fennies 2 weeks ago. I switched my job and I had literally 3 days to put him in a nursery before my new role started and that meant that the settling in had to start immediately. The staff at Fennies was so great. They immediately understood my situation and were so helpful in making sure my son settled in really well and was looked after in the right way. He settled in within 2 days and loves going there. He has such amazing stories to tell and is very happy. Happy child, happy parents! Special thanks to four members of staff in particular for being so brilliant!

My daughter loves the nursery, the staff and her friends. She gets to play in a big garden and they do a lot of fun activities all day. I find the staff a pleasure to deal with, they are always friendly, the food is always well prepared with lots of variety and a focus on health (minimal sugar). We moved house and had to find a new nursery - never in my wildest dreams did I imagine we would find a nursery that was just as awesome, if not a better than my daughters previous nursery.

We love Fennies South Croydon! Our daughter absolutely loves going and has learned so much while having fun. We were kept well up to date with her progress and very much enjoyed all of the observations. We are so thankful to all member of staff for their support and dedication.

My daughter started at Fennies last week, and the staff have been very supportive during her settling period. We were assigned a key person straight away, and she's been amazing looking after my little one. She's helped her settle in well, and so far has been enjoying the new nursery. The overall staff are all friendly, warm and supportive.

Fennies, St Augustines is an great nursery. The staff couldn't do more and are knowledgeable and invested in the development of the children and their wellbeing. Our son has thrived and loves attending every day!

My daughter started at Fennies a few weeks ago and the staff have been amazing through her settling in period. This is the first time that she has spent time away from her family and her key worker has been so warm and caring towards my daughters settle. All of the staff have been great with her, five staff members in particular. Thank you for the effort you are putting in to make my daughter feel comfortable and giving us handovers and updates. Senior and Deputy Manager, thank you for your words of support because it's a big change for parents too!

My daughter has been going to Fennies for a year. The staff is friendly and they know the every child! I see also my daughter happy when I leave her there, and her development has progressed a lot since she started attending the nursery. I am really satisfied with the level of service they provide and I believe I couldn't find better than Fennies!

All three of my children have gone to Fennies Augustine and loved the caring staff. When they settled in there, there was no going back. Even after two of my children have left they still enjoy visiting the nursery and seeing thier old teachers. I think that this shows the good experience they had at the nursery.

The best nursery in the area. All the ladies who teach my daughter are very nice and helpful. I also have an app and I can always check in the app if everything is OK. I really recommend this nursery to you.

Our child has been attending for over a year. This is the first nursery she attended and we have been very happy with their care. Staff retention is high which is important for the kids; Their communication is good with regular updates on the app throughout the day; the management is very good; they have two outside spaces which is great; the facilities are clean and well kept. We are really pleased to have such a good nursery close by. Thank you to the hard working team.

Since my child has gone up to the older room I feel it's not been great. It's quite confusing what is being reported on the app, sometimes things don't get reported. Also I feel since going upstairs it takes ages to collect, the system you have in place doesn't work and parents are waiting a long time for collection. I feel the communication is poor.

Unfortunately our experience with Fennies St Augustine's was very bad, so much so that we had to move our daughter to another nursery after 8 weeks. We had high hopes for our daughter's experience at Fennies. However, within 2 weeks of arriving, it was clear that there was a constant turnover of staff and lack of communication (moreso, lack of any visible management) which made it very difficult for our daughter to settle in and for us to feel comfortable leaving her at Fennies. Almost every drop-off involves different and often unfamiliar staff members, and this lack of consistency and communication was unsettling for both her and us as parents. She had three key workers in under 6 weeks, which was unacceptable and did not provide the stable environment that was essential for her settling and development. We feel it is now clear Fennies St Augustine's is far below an acceptable standard. Please take that into account when looking at this nursery.

Our son has been attending Fennies for the past 18 months and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives there. He looks forward to attending nursery and as parents, we feel comfortable leaving him there knowing he will receive great care. He has made friends and takes part in lots of fun exciting activities. He has plenty of garden time and eats a wide variety of food. Communication is excellent and any issues are addressed straight away.

We had to urgently find a place for our son to go to as he was not happy at his previous nursery and we as the parents were also not happy. It was a very difficult and stressful time for us. Due to our experience with previous nursery staff, my husband and I became (still somewhat are) nervous and anxious wrecks. We called Fennies (St Augustine’s) and the manager's demeanour was so lovely and so calm. Went for a viewing and realized that all the staff were so calm and lovely and could see this flowed into the children too. They deserve to grow and thrive in such an environment. Our son is very happy at Fennies and the staff there are excellent! He comes home knowing new things and gaining new skills every day. A big thank you to the management and all the other lovely staff members that work there. You are all wonderful! Thank you all for looking after our boy, thank you for all that you do. You make such a big impact in our lives, more than you can imagine. Thank you, thank you!

Our son has been gong to Fennies since the start of the year and loves it. The staff are all wonderful with him and clearly love their jobs. Recently my son has needed extra care and the staff could not have done more to accommodate and adapt around his needs.

Best nursery ever! My nephew and niece went to this nursery some 8 years ago and I knew that Fennies would be my preferred nursery. The staff are amazing, friendly and caring. They do it with passion. The kids like going to nursery due to the wonderful environment which helps them to boost their level of confidence. I highly recommend Fennies to everyone.

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are very welcoming and understanding of my son's needs. They took their time out to listen to my concerns from a previous nursery my son was in. Since then, I have had no issues even though we were here for a short time. I would highly recommend to anyone to put their child in this nursery. Communication is fantastic, and all my queries are dealt with very professionally. Very happy with the service.

My daughter has been attending Fennies St Augustine's since she was 8 months old and she settled very quickly. I have been so impressed with the level of care and nurture provided by the staff. I feel happy dropping her off each day knowing she is very well looked after. She has made excellent progress and enjoys taking part in exciting and innovative activities. There is regular feedback and all queries are addressed immediately. I would highly recommend the nursery, our daughter loves it and so do we! Couldn't ask for more as a parent.

We are very impressed with the level of care our 22-month-old receives from this nursery. The staff are all warm, friendly and professional. My son warmed to them instantly and loves being there. It is a nice bright, clean environment and our son always comes home very clean! The daily activities are well planned out and fun and nicely tailored to their development. A lovely nursery where our son is thriving.

All three of my children have gone to Fennies Augustine and loved the caring staff. When they settled in there, there was no going back.
