I wanted to share my experience with Little Elms. My daughter started when she was 9 months old and is now 2.5, and she's always been really happy there. Right from the start, I felt so supported by the staff-especially in the first year when she needed regular medication. They always went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. In the toddler room, she's been really loved and cared for. She's always excited to go to nursery-even after long holidays-and she comes home singing all the songs she's learned, which is such a joy. The staff are always kind, supportive, and welcoming, and I really appreciate how they encourage her multilingual development, as we speak two languages at home. The regular updates and photos of all the fun activities are also such a nice touch. Thank you, Little Elms, for everything you do!

We've had our 2-year-old twins here since December 2024 and couldn't be happier. The care is exceptional, with a wonderfully consistent and dedicated team. On the rare occasions the girls were upset at drop-off, the staff went above and beyond to keep us updated throughout the day, which was so reassuring. They offer fantastic activities and have a beautiful outdoor space that the children love. A huge thank you to the whole team!

Iam so grateful for the warm and caring environment my daughter experiences at Little Elms ( Beckenham). Even though she attends only twice a week, she looks forward to every single visit with excitement and joy. The teachers are not only kind and patient but also truly dedicated to nurturing each child's individuality. Since joining, I have seen my daughter grow in confidence, creativity, and social skills. She comes home with a smile, stories to tell, and new things she has learned. I appreciate how the staff make every child feel valued and included, creating a safe space where they can explore, play, and learn at their own pace. Little Elms has become a special part of our lives, and I am deeply thankful for the love, guidance, and inspiration they give my daughter

Little elms has been a great experience for my family. They have been caring and flexible and my daughter is enjoying herself so much so hardly wants to leave! The care team is mindful and supportive offering a wide variety of activities and balanced diet.

Our little girl joined Little Elms at 10 months and initially it was very difficult passing our child over due to the guilt that naturally comes from leaving your child so young. The staff at Little Elms however, made this transition so much easier and were extremely considerate of our needs. Our little girl loves going to nursery, which can only be a testament to the great work from those employed at little elms. Thank you all.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last 2 years. Staff members are amazing and helped a lot at the beginning and made settling in really easy. The team is creative and make sessions really entertaining for the children. The outdoor area is lovely as well as the cabin space for indoor play. Another bonus is checking what your child has been doing throughout the day via the app which is updated on regular basis. Overall, always had a good experience with Little Elms

We've felt tremendous amount of gratitude towards the staff at Little Elms. They care for our son every day, and we get to drop off a very happy baby every morning, who's welcomed by a warm and caring primary caretaker (one in particular who he absolutely adores).

The staff here are incredible. So kind, caring and passionate. My little boy had a hard time settling in and the team were brilliant in helping to build his confidence and provide him with the support he needed - 9 months on he is thriving and we have seen a huge change in his development and independence. Love all the different activities they get to do, you can see a lot of time and care is taken to ensure the children are learning and growing every day. Would recommend!

Our experience with little elms has been brilliant so far, they are so attentive and caring with my child and they have helped with his speech so much. I get updated throughout the day regarding what he's eaten, nappy changes, garden activities, sun cream applications and also pictures of him having fun. so if you are a nervous parent like me this is the best nursery for you as they are so reassuring. Thank you Little Elms!

Great experience settling in my son at Little Elms. Have been great with helping him getting two naps per day as he is still young and been very accommodating when he has needed medication. Would recommend!

My daughter has a hard time with saying goodbye to me everytime we drop her off but the staff are so attentive and ready to make her feel settled with sending pictures throughout the day to make us feel at ease . The reception staff also go above and beyond to listen to concerns and help where they can . Always friendly smiley faces and my daughter is always so happy to tell me about her day . She goes in the afternoons two days a week and the only thing I would suggest is having the same kind of activities the morning children have for afternoon children too . But we are really happy with her progress and the nursery overall

We had a difficult start with admin issues and turnover of staff but our absolute hero has been one specific staff member! She has been our constant, and gone above and beyond to help and support us since day one- and always with a smile on her face every time we see her! Thank you, you have made such a difference to our experience and we appreciate everything you have done and do!!

My little boy joined nursery when he was 8 months and he has settled well within a couple of weeks in bluebird room. The teachers are very caring and pay attention to him. They listen and understand his needs and always make sure he is happy. I am happy with the nursery. My little one always looks forward to going and seeing his teachers.

I have been taking my great-granddaughter to this nursery since about August 2023. Although she cries and doesn't want to go, once I leave her she runs straight to a member of staff and thankfully doesn't cling to me which is very reassuring. She is now settling in much better and cries less and less. The staff are very kind to her, cuddle her and make a fuss of her and this obviously makes her feel more at ease. I can't fault all their kindness and I'm sure in time she won't cry at all! For the first time recently she didn't immediately run to me when I collected her which is another sign of her contentment.

My daughter joined Little Elms in August this year at 11 months old and I was so nervous firstly as a new mum and secondly because she was not a good eater or sleeper. I cannot believe how truly amazing the whole team at Little Elms have been in settling my baby in and for providing so much patience, care and support. We have seen huge leaps in her development and communication which I can definitely say is a result of the wonderful staff and the activities they provide. She goes in every morning with a huge smile on her face and is greeted with such warmth and kindness. It makes my life easier as a full-time working mum, knowing that she is happy and settled throughout the day. I couldn’t recommend Little Elms more!

My daughter has been with Little Elms Daycare Nursery Beckenham since she was 11 months old and is now leaving for school! She has loved the children and the teachers in every age group/ room she has been in. She has made some great friends and as a result, so have we! A huge thank you to everyone in helping make her a kind, loving and headstrong little lady. I am certain our son (13 months now) will benefit from the same kindness, teaching and attention.

The staff here really care about the children which is the most important thing for me. They know the kids well, are happy to give updates and the app is great for sharing photos and info. Have built some really strong relationships, special mention to Beckenham2 Robins Room Leader who is simply fantastic.

Great nursery, good communication from room staff with parents. My little girl is learning so much each day! And having fun too. Lots of different activities planned each day and my child also really likes the food.

Little Elms has been amazing with our little boy. He is clearly cared for, loves going in and seeing all the staff and his friends and his development has been incredible since his time at the nursery. Daily updates for food, nappies etc. and observations are updated regularly so we can see what they have been doing whilst he is in their care, staff are helpful and friendly if we have any queries or questions. Can not thank the staff, particularly in Hummingbirds enough for the care and support for our little boy. Highly recommend this nursery.

My children love going to nursery and come home telling me something new they have learnt everyday. The team are friendly and knowledgable but most of all attentive to my children's needs, who can be challenging at times. I feel confident leaving my children everyday.
