So glad to have chosen up and away for my daughter. Even though she has been in another nursery since 6months old, they supported her transition amazing and didn't just expect her to be ok. Communication from her settles were so reassuring. She has now been there a few weeks and loves telling me on the way home what she has done and about her time being outside. The garden space is just fantastic for her to explore saying as we do not have that at home. When coming into nursery the whole team are so welcoming with comforting smiles on their face.

Staff are brill - work very hard and know and always look after Bobby so well. I rave about you! My child loves one member of staff in particular. All the staff know Bobby and tell me about him. Uploads are great on app. Door is only safeguarding issue, but thats me trying to picky - I don't know what could be done to help (as it is parents - and I'm guilty to)

The nursery has been a great experience for my daughter. The staff are great and have really made my daughter feel loved and welcomed. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has been thriving in nursery, made a lot of friends, considers it like a second family. The overall approach to study is exceptional and, as a parent, you are updated daily with what is happening. I am really glad I chose Up and Away!

My child is always excited to go to nursery, is well cared for and clearly enjoys the company of the staff. His nutrition is well catered for and balanced. His support in his development is regularly fed back and we are pleased with this process and outcome. The journey in this nursery has led him to be ready for school. Great value for money also.

Both my children attended with nursery and the staff go above and beyond for both the children and parent. Both my boys have grown more confident and independent throughout the years. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Great nursery. The staff are lovely and very attentive to each child. I have a picky eater and it's something they've helped us work on which has brought my child on a lot in terms of food they will try. The rooms are great and all the kids are always happy and well looked after.

Its been six months i have started sending my daughter to up and away. As my daughter moved from one nursery to another the transition was difficult for her but the up and away staff made sure that they were patient with her and made her feel home. Every member is amazing, they put all their efforts to ensure that child is learning, developing and been taken care of. The meals are freshly prepared. The best part is parents can visit inside the rooms and get to see smiling faces of their kid. I wish i found up and away earlier!

Our son joined Partou when he was one, and now in his final year, it's been a joy to watch him grow into an independent young boy. The nursery has played an essential role in supporting his language development and reinforcing the five golden rules, which we still use at home. We're especially grateful for their support during potty training. The team was patient and encouraging, providing plenty of opportunities, and thanks to their efforts, he's had very few accidents. The online app makes it easy to stay updated with pictures and details of his food and activities. The nursery goes out of its way to ensure the children have a variety of meals, with plenty of play equipment, and the kids are always encouraged to play outside when the weather is nice. Over the years, he's built wonderful relationships with the staff, who always welcome him with a smile and a hug. While we're sad to say goodbye to such a fantastic team, we are deeply grateful for everything they've done for him.

Our little boy absolutely loves attending Up & Away Nursery. Each morning, he arrives excited, diving into the arms of the staff without hesitation. We appreciate the consistent updates on his daily activities, including photographs that showcase his learning. The information on his feeds, naps, and nappy changes gives us peace of mind, knowing he is well cared for by such a professional team. At the end of each day, we receive a thorough rundown from the staff about his day, which is incredibly helpful. His development is progressing rapidly, thanks to the dedicated nursery staff. We also want to thank two members of staff in particular for their oversight, especially in addressing the minor issues we encountered, which were resolved immediately. After considering numerous nurseries across Merseyside, Up & Away stood out for its cleanliness, caring environment, professionalism, and thorough approach to child development. Well done to everyone involved!

My son has attended this nursery since February 2023, I've had 2 of my other sons attend here prior to this in 2019/20. It's a lovely place, the staff are really attentive and provide lots of fun-filled activities throughout the day, my son particularly enjoys the sensory room and garden for play. He's come on so well this past year and can't thank the staff and nursery manager enough they've just been brilliant. Their new app is really good and interactive I can reply to comments on his activities throughout the day and can see photos of what he's been getting up to.

My little boy has been at Partou for a couple of years now, and it has been an incredibly positive environment for him to grow and develop. The fairly recent introduction of an app means that throughout the day I can see what and how much he has eaten, nappy changes or potty visits and most importantly, the staff add some lovely photos of their day. Development milestones are tracked through an engaging variety of activities that we love talking about on our rides home. The classrooms and garden areas never seem cramped, and I know like most my little one eats so much more fruit and veg when he is with his friends in nursery! I can genuinely say that each of the staff has brought compassion and a frankly outrageous level of enthusiasm to looking after my little boy. I'm aware that the nursery recently became a part of Partou and has had a change of management, but the new team have been great to work with, and super helpful with changing hours and the new government funding.

My son attends Up & Away Day Nursery and has recently moved up to his last room before he goes to primary school. He has come on so much with the help of staff and his key worker. I'm beyond thankful for the help and support they give him. With new management now standing in I feel she is an asset to Partou a company not just the nursery she is beyond helpful with any concerns I have and will always go out of her way to ensure they're solved in a timely and professional manner. Choosing this nursery was the best decision I have made for my son.

I would highly recommend Up & Away Day Nursery. My daughter started here at 18 months and has settled in so well. She literally cries when I pick her up now because she doesn’t want to leave! They have helped so much with her motor skills, speech and social communication. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and have made my daughter feel right at home. The app used to communicate with parents is excellent and I love to see what she is getting up to!

My little girl started in January 2024. Initially, I went to look around the nursery I was very impressed with the layout and staff. I went to view other nurseries following this and there was no comparison. We had our settling-in sessions which were reassuring and again staff were so friendly and supportive. My little girl loves going to nursery, she has the biggest smile on her face going in and on the handover to the staff. I am very pleased so far with our experience. The parent app is also very good to check in on what she is doing throughout the day. The nursery is reasonable in terms of price and caters for shift workers which is very hard to come across with other nurseries or childminders.

My son has been going to this nursery for 11 months now for 3 days a week. I have seen such a massive difference in his confidence around adults and other children too he really has come on in leaps and bounds. I can’t thank the staff enough they are brilliant and the patience they have is amazing. I recommend this nursery to any parents I speak to as it’s just brilliant. My son always comes home to tell us what a fun-filled day he has always had and the yummy healthy foods he has eaten.

I viewed several nurseries before choosing Up & Away. My son has settled in so well and loves going. The nursery is quick to respond to any queries. This environment has really nurtured my son, I can see his confidence grow every day. I can't rate it enough.

Up and Away has wonderful, inspirational and patient staff. I have two children who currently attend in different age groups. They have created a warm and joyful environment in which all children learn creatively and freely. They are willing to take training for special small people and they always listen to parents preferences. Food is always prepared safely and securely in the kitchen as well as allergies are taken into consideration. Office staff are kind and understanding of your circumstances and try their very best to support you. Honestly, I can’t find a fault and you won’t either. My children always come to me happy and full of confidence. Even the younger staff are the most polite people I’ve ever met with a good mature head on their shoulders. Theirs not a situation they cannot handle. I’m entirely grateful for each of them.

We are happy to have found this nursery, it is comforting to know that I can go to work and know that my baby will be happy and well looked after, my experience over the last few months has been better than I expected, and I highly recommend the nursery.
