Staff are very welcoming and caring. I felt my kids were really being cared for. They put on lots of nice activities to stimulate the kids and gave good updates on the app. My kids were very happy there. Management were very helpful, communicative and quick to respond to requests and resolve any issues.

I cannot thank all the staff enough... Bright Horizons CSP has been such a nurturing, safe and supportive environment for both of our children. I have always appreciated how attentive all the staff are, so communicative, warm and loving, we have really enjoyed hearing about what our daughter got up to every day. I love that staff are always coming up with new ways to inspire the children by designing new learning activities, fun games and even environments for calm and rest (I remember arriving at pick up and the entire nursery was softly lit by fairy lights and calm music - a personal favourite!) I can't express how reassuring it has been, for a family with two busy working parents, to know your children are in such good hands... Now our youngest is starting school and we will miss everyone at nursery so much! It really has felt like a family.

Our son has flourished since starting at BH CSP. He runs in smiling each morning, and it's a joy to see how safe, happy, and confident he feels. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child. His keyworker in particular has built a strong, trusting bond with him, and we're so grateful for their kindness and energy. The food is another standout - varied, nutritious, and freshly prepared. Our son eats really well and has even become more adventurous with food at home thanks to the meals he enjoys at nursery. The management team are incredibly supportive, compassionate, and always willing to help when we need it. Their professionalism and flexibility make such a difference. Communication is excellent, with regular updates, photos, and insights into our son's day. We're truly thankful to have found such a nurturing, high-quality setting. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a caring and well-run nursery.

My daughter spent 1.5 years at Bright Horizons Cambridge science park, she has been happy and engaged at all stages of the setting. Management are really good at communicating via email and the app, and very responsive when we've had questions. Feedback on her progress is personal and thoughtful and always lovely to read. The only thing we would've liked to see more regularly is photos of what she gets up to, but she only attends 2 days a week so that might go some way to explain it.

Bright Horizons at Cambridge Science Park has been an exceptional nursery for our child. The staff are warm, passionate, and genuinely committed to every child's wellbeing and development. It's clear they form strong, caring bonds with the children, creating a safe and stimulating environment. There's a wonderful balance of play and learning, with engaging, age-appropriate activities each day. Our child especially enjoyed the nursery library, where children can borrow books - a brilliant way to encourage reading at home. The daily handovers are always detailed and thoughtful, helping us feel involved and informed. The food is nutritious and of excellent quality, and care is tailored to each child's needs. A special thank you to the nursery manager, has been incredibly kind, supportive, and approachable throughout. She always made things easier for us and handled everything with patience and understanding. We're truly grateful for the care and support our child received.

Bright Horizons in Cambridge Science Park is a phenomenal nursery. A healthy mixture of play and learning which is stimulated by passionate staff working with the children. It is great to see that the teachers form bonds with the children and in turn the children feel safe and nurtured by the adults in the room. The whole nursery experience is great with high quality food, age-appropriate activities, and catering to each child's specific needs. One specific thing that our child has thoroughly enjoyed is the nursery library where children are allowed to borrow books at the end of the day. At pickup a detailed handover is performed where the parent learns about the child's day and the activities performed. This allows further conversation and reflection about the child's experience.

This is a friendly, supportive nursery that has helped our son thrive and be ready for school in September. The staff are welcoming and know the children very well resulting in a happy environment. It is well led and we definitely recommend it!

We are very pleased with our experience at this nursery. The spacious rooms and individual outdoor play areas for each group create a comfortable and safe environment for the children. The staff are friendly and professional and the management is simply excellent. They always strive to understand and address any issues that arise, making collaboration with them very pleasant. There are plenty of creative activities and developmental games for the children, fostering their overall development. Communication with parents is top-notch: all important messages and notifications are promptly sent via email. I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a warm, caring and stimulating environment for their child.

We really value this nursery for our son. It has friendly, engaged and caring staff, purpose-built facilities, excellent management with great communication to parents and carers. Our son has had consistent key workers which has really helped him settle and when moving rooms. He really loves going in and playing with all the toys and his friends. He also loves the food.

Our daughter has settled extremely well at Bright Horizons. The staff genuinely show love and care for the children. She has learned lots of new skills from interacting with the other children. She has developed a routine and is so happy to take get her shoes and coat to go to Bright Horizons!

My elder daughter was at Bright Horizons from age one until she started school, and my younger one is about to leave to start school. It's indeed a bittersweet moment for us, marking the end of an era. We are grateful for the exceptional care provided to both my daughters during their time at Cambridge Science Park Nursery. Really happy with the nursery and all the staff. It's a lovely, well-designed, safe space and the staff are great with the kids, really friendly and very welcoming. They seem to enjoy their time with the children and look after them diligently. The management team were very accommodating at short notice, well organised and always available. Thanks!

My eldest child was at Bright Horizons from age one until he started school, and my youngest is just about to leave to start school himself. The nursery have been such a huge part of our life, we will be very sad to say goodbye! The staff are wonderful, both my children have formed great bonds with them and talk about them all the time at home. They make everyday fun, put so much effort into activities and pay attention to the children's interests. They have helped so much in our lives, from feeding, toilet training, naps, behaviour, how to navigate friendships, all of which has helped prepare them for school. All the staff are kind, friendly and caring - the kitchens do a fantastic job making lovely home-cooked food and the management are so efficient and helpful. It has been so lovely to know our children are somewhere safe, being well looked after and having fun, thank you to everyone who has looked after them over the years - we will miss you!

My son has been attending Bright Horizons, Science Park for over 1 year. The nursery is amazing, the children are very well looked after, they have plenty of activities and resources and the staff is lovely. The management is also great and approachable. Children are happy and thriving, the food is good and the opening hours are very good for working parents. They offer support and care for children on an individual basis and tailor activities based on children’s needs. The staff is friendly and lovely. I am very happy with this nursery.

My son attended the nursery for around two years and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He was well looked after at the nursery. We have seen him grow and learn new things in the supportive environment of the incredibly dedicated staff. It was a wonderful experience overall. We heard about them from one of our friends and heard everything good about this nursery. Communication with the staff was prompt and easy. The staff were very kind and supportive throughout. Definitely, I could see my son learning new activities and exploring new things there. All of my son's key workers were very patient and mentioned everything that happened on a daily basis. I would like to thank all the staff and management at Bright Horizons for their amazing work. Our son attended Bright Horizons Cambridge Science Park for just over a year from when he turned 1. He had a fantastic time at the nursery and made a number of friends that he would talk about at home. He is very energetic and exuberant and the staff were really great with him, turning his energy into fun activities and opportunities for learning. We enjoyed being able to see what he was up to through the Famly app and know what he had eaten and when he had slept during the day. We are moving away from Cambridge so are reluctantly taking him to a new nursery. We would have been extremely happy for him to attend until he went to school, and leaving this nursery is one of the biggest regrets of our move! We will miss all the excellent staff who have been so good with our son and we certainly highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

Our little boy attended the nursery for nearly 2 years and we couldn't recommend it enough! If it wasn't for the fact we were moving out of the area we would be keeping him there until he went to school. He absolutely loved it and was always happy to go in, he made lots of friends and would always talk about what he did in the day. The staff are amazing and so so caring. The nursery has an app so you can monitor what the little one has done throughout the day and get shown pictures of some of the activities. Definitely highly recommend!

Amazing staff! My daughter always has a great day - the staff treat the kids like they're their own. They update parents every day on the app, so you know how they're doing. Such a wonderful experience. This is the go-to place if you want your child to be happy and develop skills. Pros; Professional and caring staff. Clean and Hygienic. Outdoor area to play. Food is prepared freshly and in-house. Fantastic staff. Good value for money. Con's -none.

I’m grateful how empathetic you all are and understand her needs. Definitely a massive thank you to one member of staff, in particular, she’s absolutely, absolutely incredible. I personally feel she puts in lots of effort to support my daughter. She cares for her, which means a lot to us. They both share a special bond, which is great to see.
