Staff at Children's Corner Day Nursery have been over the last 2 years working as a team, addressing all aspects of their practice, procedures and protocols and reviewing them as a team. With a strong emphasis on reflection on their practice and building up a strong team where staff are able to assist each other on reflecting on their practice. This has enabled them to become more stronger in their knowledge, rotate knowledge coming from within, rather then from the top. This has improved outcomes for children and reduced poor practice being endorsed.
