Montessori day nursery group in Haywards Heath sold

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Snowdrop House Montessori Nursery Group, which comprises two well-established day nursery settings in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Snowdrop House Montessori Nursery Group comprises two small, caring, and educational day nurseries that offer full-day care facilities for children aged from birth to five years. Both settings are in Haywards Heath in West Sussex; Primrose House Montessori, which opened in 2010, is located on Franklyn Road, and Snowdrop House Montessori, which opened in 2019, is located off a private road in Franklands Village. Together, they have the capacity to care for up to 165 children at any one time. Over the years, the nurseries have gone from strength to strength under excellent management and have built an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality early years education in a nurturing environment.

The group’s founders, Carole Anne and Roy Benson, have been in the nursery sector for many years. Originally with five settings, the sale of Snowdrop House Montessori Nursery Group marks their final sales and the start of their retirements.

Following a highly competitive, confidential sales process handled by Sophie Willcox at Christie & Co, the group has been acquired by Happy Days Nurseries, taking them to 39 settings across the South of England.

Snowdrop House Montessori Nursery Group was sold for an undisclosed price.
