The Role

We are seeking a caring and motivated Early Years Educator to join our team from January 2026. You will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 years, working closely with your room lead and colleagues to create a positive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Observe, assess, and support each child’s individual learning journey

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive

• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and education

About You

You are enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about early years education. You bring creativity, a positive attitude, and a strong team spirit, with a genuine commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life.
