Position: Cover / Bank Staff
Hours: Flexible, as-needed basis

Hillside House Nursery is looking for warm, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly team as Cover Staff. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants flexible working hours that fit around their schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Support our staff team by covering planned and unplanned absences

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5

• Assist with daily routines, play activities, and learning opportunities

• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold our high standards of care and education

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, caring, and patient attitude

• Reliability and flexibility with working hours

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in early years or a childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)
