At Paper Moon Nurseries, we are proud to provide outstanding childcare where every child feels safe, happy, and inspired to learn. We’re now seeking a Baby Room Leader to join our warm and welcoming team at our 70-place nursery in Gamston.

About the Role

As Baby Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest children (0–2 years). You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and build strong relationships with families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the baby room team to deliver outstanding practice.

• Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the EYFS.

• Maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.

• Working closely with parents and carers to support each child’s development.

• Acting as a role model, mentor, and motivator within your room.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years/Childcare.

• Experienced in working with babies in a nursery setting.

• A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education.

• Knowledgeable about the EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety.
