Early Years Teacher / Supervisor
Full-time: 40 to 45 hours per week,
Monday to Friday. Flexible to suit the needs of the business.
Overview of job role:
To be a proactive practitioner who supports and delivers confidently the EYFS. To provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential. To offer full and practical support in the day to day running of the nursery. To be flexible to the needs of the business. Must have a minimum Early Years qualification of a level 5+ degree /NQT, equivalent or higher to apply for this position. Flexible to work between: 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, to be flexible to the needs of the business.

Be prepared:
It is important to us that you feel as comfortable and confident working within our environment as we are with you working within the nursery with children. We will show you around our facilities and give you the opportunity to work within each of our classrooms and ask the team questions. Safety is paramount with working with children so ensure you come prepared and wear appropriate clothing.
The interview:
The interview is led by our nursery manager and supported by a senior member of the team. We will ask you questions on the following areas:
- Your history and experience in childcare
- SEND,
- Your training and qualification(s)
- Your Knowledge and understand of the EYFS (primary & specific areas)
- Safeguarding and Child Protection. Procedure in dealing with ‘what to do if you are worried a child has been abused’
- Prevent Duty & British Vales
