Hours: 30-40 hours per week (over 4 or 5 days)

Salary: £28,017.60 (based on a 40-hour contract)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support children aged 0–5 as part of our nursery team
• Be a key person for a small group of children, building strong, secure relationships with families
• Champion inclusive, high-quality, curiosity-led education and care
• Spending at least 70% of your time OUTSIDE in our wonderful Forest style learning environment
• Use our WonderWorks Approach and “Planning in the Moment” to support learning and development
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to design inspiring environments
• Stay current with legislation, safeguarding and best practices
• Model a commitment to child protection, equity and collective care

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent experience)/ OR a Forest school teaching qualification
• Experience with toddler and preschool aged children (2-5 years old)
• A genuine passion for outdoor based learning and inclusive practice

Desirable (not required):

• Experience with diverse communities and families
• Forest School or outdoor learning qualification/ experience
• Interest in Reggio Emilia, forest school or child-led approaches
