Hours: 30-40 hours per week (over 4 or 5 days)
Salary: £28,017.60 (based on a 40-hour contract)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support children aged 0–5 as part of our nursery team
- Be a key person for a small group of children, building strong, secure relationships with families
- Champion inclusive, high-quality, curiosity-led education and care
- Spending at least 70% of your time OUTSIDE in our wonderful Forest style learning environment
- Use our WonderWorks Approach and “Planning in the Moment” to support learning and development
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to design inspiring environments
- Stay current with legislation, safeguarding and best practices
- Model a commitment to child protection, equity and collective care
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent experience)/ OR a Forest school teaching qualification
- Experience with toddler and preschool aged children (2-5 years old)
- A genuine passion for outdoor based learning and inclusive practice
Desirable (not required):
- Experience with diverse communities and families
- Forest School or outdoor learning qualification/ experience
- Interest in Reggio Emilia, forest school or child-led approaches
