Redroofs Day Nursery & Pre-School is an OUTSTANDING setting that occupies a lovely detached ‘period’ building with large rooms and high ceilings, and many original features. The nature of the building, with its bright and airy rooms, gives our children lots of space to explore, play and learn. The setting has been totally refurbished with love and care and is a beautiful space for our children to enjoy, with a homely welcoming feel in which we nurture and care for children and their families.

We offer children and their parents an outstanding standard of care in a calm and nurturing environment delivered by excellent childcare practitioners.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to join our busy nursery as we continue to grow and develop. Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and help develop the curriculum and nursery environment.

We are looking to recruit experienced Nursery Practitioners who really want to make a positive impact on the nursery. The role requires the individual to be extremely motivated, passionate and to deliver outstanding childcare and education.

The responsibilities include:

• Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
• Plan activities tailored to the children's individual needs in line with the New Early Years Foundation Stage
• Implementing and reinforcing the policies, procedures and processes within the setting
• Create strong links with parents by providing them with the information, support and communication that is required.
