We're looking for someone to:

• Create a warm, stimulating, and safe learning environment
• Help to plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress
• Build positive relationships with children and parents
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and safeguarding procedures
• Support your team, and uphold positive working relationships and be an effective role model

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Good knowledge of EYFS
• Knowledge of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of early childhood development
• Support safe, high-quality education and care for the children
