Job summary
Are you a level 3 or above Early Years Educator?
The successful Early Years Educator will be able to work well within a team, help develop a stimulating warm and welcoming environment where children can have fun while learning.
Role
An Early Years Educator is responsible for providing the best
possible standards of care and education, as well as ensuring the
environment is safe and secure, where the children are valued as
individuals through a loving and child-centered approach. Responsible
for delivering learning opportunities, which are educational,
stimulating and fun. They will be responsible in following policies
and procedures and referring any matters to their room supervisor.
They will have “key children” whose development and progress is
recorded. Building strong working relationships with the parents
communicating a shared learning programme. If you’re a team player
this could be the job for you.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or over equivalent in a recognised qualification in nursery work
- Be fully commited to make every child feel safe, happy and valued
- Have previous experience of working with children
- SENCO experience an advantage
