Lead, Inspire, and Shape the Future of Early Years!
Are you an experienced nursery leader who thrives on shaping
young minds and inspiring teams? KKDC Aylesbury is a family-owned
nursery, not a franchise, which means we make decisions based on
what’s best for our children, staff, and parents—not corporate
targets. You’ll work closely with our Nursery Manager—who is also a
mother—giving you a leadership partner who truly understands the joys
and challenges of early years care. This is your chance to step into a
role where your ideas are valued, your team looks up to you, and every
day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
Your Role – EYFS, Life Skills, and Your Ideas
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding care and learning experiences
- Deliver EYFS and our unique Life Skills curriculum, while being encouraged to bring your own creative ideas
- Deputise for the Nursery Manager and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support staff development, training, and performance management
- Maintain policies, procedures, and compliance with EYFS standards
- Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and high standards of care
- Engage with parents, run events, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with marketing, occupancy, and nursery growth
This role is a leadership challenge with room for innovation, influence, and heart.
Management Bonuses
Your leadership and dedication deserve recognition. As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll be entitled to attractive management bonuses, rewarding your contribution to the nursery’s success and the growth of your team.
Who We’re Looking For

- Warm, approachable, and professional with a real passion for early years education
