What You’ll Do

• Be a key person for a group of children, supporting their learning and development through interest-led and play-based activities
• Work closely with a friendly, experienced team to meet each child’s individual needs
• Encourage outdoor exploration and creative play
• Maintain high standards in line with the EYFS and Ofsted requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Understanding of the Common Inspection Framework
• A caring, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
