Role Overview: We are looking for a happy, positive, and enthusiastic person who wants to work with children to undertake an apprenticeship to train as an Early Years Nursery Practitioner. This apprenticeship offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification. As a Nursery Apprentice, you will learn from experienced practitioners and be an integral part of our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.

Support the planning and delivery of activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Observe and monitor children’s progress, helping to create individual learning plans.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Contribute to the day-to-day running of the nursery, including maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Attend and participate in training sessions and complete all necessary coursework and assessments.

Requirements:

Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Manchester before starting work (preferred).

Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or management role is preferred but not essential.
