A Nurturing Start – For Children and for You

We’re looking for a warm, responsive and experienced Room Leader to join the team at Lots for Tots Childcare. This is a unique opportunity to shape a calm, supportive space for Children to thrive - with a leadership team who care about your wellbeing and professional growth from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the daily running of a nursery room
  • Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports secure attachments
  • Planning and delivering routines and activities based on the EYFS
  • Providing responsive care that supports each childs emotional and physical needs
  • Leading and coaching your room team with warmth and clarity
  • Building strong partnerships with families
  • Completing observations, assessments and progress tracking
  • Supporting babies with additional needs and working with external professionals when required
  • Ensuring a safe, clean and calm space for children to learn and grow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding
  • Strong communication skills and a kind, reflective approach to leadership
  • A team player who’s ready to grow alongside a brand-new setting
