We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery
Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion

education. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in
creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
to learn and grow. Your management and leadership skills will be
essential in guiding both the children and your colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development accurately.
- Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Support the management team in implementing nursery policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (Level 2 or Level 3).
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide junior staff members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for potential off-site activities or outings.
