Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing high-quality care and education for children in
the nursery
- Support the Nursery Practitioners in planning and
delivering engaging activities
- Communicate effectively with
children, parents, and colleagues
- Help maintain a safe and
stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Drive
continuous improvement in childcare practices
- Demonstrate
leadership skills by setting a positive example for children and colleagues
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A genuine interest in
working with children
- Good communication skills, including
proficiency in English
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a
nursery setting
- Previous experience working with or caring for
children is advantageous
- Willingness to undertake training to
achieve relevant qualifications in childcare
